Nice new place, not very busy at the time. A great thing, the guy who was cooking asked me if I didn't mind a couple extra minutes he had a fresh batch of chicken ready. The not so good thing is that the choice of programming on the TV was not exactly welcoming to all potential customers.

Recently, Burger King built a new restaurant on Main. They tore down the old BK Lounge. We made a BK run last night, and I have to give them kudos. The place was nice and clean, and the food was good. Overall, the experience was a good one. Definitely helped for the late night munching. Only downfall was you can't order through the mobile app yet. Keep up the good work!
HORRIBLE! The cook don't wash his hands after using the bathroom. Also the manager told him I said he didn't wash his hands basically in front of me. UNPROFESSIONAL

I have a complaint I went to the burger King in lake city FL on main Blvd I ordered two fully loaded croissants and two medium hash browns and two orange juices in which shows 21.34 th croissants were cold as if they came out of the refrigerator keep in mind it's 45 degrees here today I went there around 8 am the hash browns were drenched in salt I contacted the manager she was very rude and when I went to get a refund she have me $15 and some change cheated me out of my money stating that's what the receipt shows now I have the other receipt as well as what was charged to my card on my bank account I will never go back there if they don't want to work they need to find another job just for customer service purpose I should have been given my money back I also showed her were they wrote on the croissant through the wrapper paper she still choose to keep part of my money I will like to be contacted immediately not by that store she has refused to give me my correct refund amount that was owed to me and to want to argue back with a customer when clearly the restaurant is in the wrong is just despicable.
