Good service, Jam up breakfast burger with loaded fries.
I don't even know where to start so here goes.... I ordered avocado on my burger and got a container with a few chunks of avocado.... NOT on my burger for $1.99. Their so called CRISPY fries, so NOT crispy, actually not even sure they were entirely cooked. Then the burger I ordered med rare to medium was beyond well done, i couldn't even bite into it. Oh and did I mention the UNCOOKED sausage they gave us for our sons breakfast! Don't waste your money here, the food was DISGUSTING at best. 1st time trying this place and will definitely be our last.
I was utterly appalled about our visit to Bob Evans tonight. We walked in and (I believe her name was) Bianca told us they didn't have anything gluten free and did not have a gluten free menu. I told her that I guess I would look online. We were pushed to a table in the back and our waiter came over, Allen. He was extremely rude, but decided to look for a gluten free menu because he didn't know the other menu even. The menu was labeled 2019, so I looked online anyway. There was a lemon fish on their gluten "sensitive" menu and I asked what was in it, he didn't know... again. Apparently I was asking too many questions because Allen started waving his hand, like hurry up, hurry up. My daughter asked if they could swap the bananas for the piggy pancakes nose, with chocolate chips. Allen said "they are going to make it how they make it" and refused. I thought it was a simple request, but apparently not. My daughter was shocked and scared because he said it so rudely. When the fish arrived, I stupidly tried it (usually make my husband try it first) and there is definitely gluten in it. We tried to get Allen's attention, but he wasn't paying attention. We got Charles attention. This man was amazing. He offered to get me something else, brought my daughter extra bacon, then at the end told us that he'd take care of the bill because of the trouble that "they" caused. He's the reason I gave any stars tonight.
Good food and service. Best coffee that I have had in a while. Gerat parking and conveniently located from interstate. The two of us enjoyed a great meal for only $25. Covid has affected many restaurants but this one seemed well staffed. To see our adventures subscribe to SIMPLE LIFE BIG ADVENTURES on YouTube.
Ate here for lunch with my parents and Grandma. Food was delicious. I love getting the pot roast! Its my favorite. My dad had a problem with his order but they generously corrected it for him. We left satisfied and full.
Was a few minute wait before anyone came to seat us but it was Sunday at lunch so it was busy. Food was warm and tasty. Waiter was very friendly and attentive. Would eat there again.
Food is always good at this chain. We had a turkey and dressing, and a Homestead breakfast, one tea and one strawberry lemoniid (free refills! We were seated quickly and our drinks came right away. the meals arrived a bit later but not an unreasonable wait. After that the waitress got busy with other tables and we were totally ignored. We finally got up and went to the front to pay. Food was fine - as expected.
Bob Evans always is good. I think I should stick with breakfast. I had the pot roast and it was very tender but this time it was just average for me. I think the food is great and I will always be back. I am addicted to the breakfast. We had a great waitress so I am not complaining.
My parents favorite place to eat. We know all the employees and they are super friendly. They always go above and beyond. Each one usually stops by the table to say hi if they aren't too busy. The food is always good, I can't complain about a single thing. The prices are average but the service & food balance it out. It's like walking into your family's house for dinner. They are beat my expectations of a restaurant.
Stopped for breakfast.Nice waitress. Very attentive. I ordered breakfast bowl. Was not impressed. It was not worth the $10 price. It was missing the bacon. Had ve r y little hollandaise sauce. The biscuit was underneath everything. And did not have the three egg. More like one. .. So my bowl was only half it should have been. More like a kids menu item. The waitress went and got me a piece of bacon.. I will never order that again. I felt ripped off.My husband ordered an $11 breakfast and got 2 platters full of food.
