Me and my friend had a wonderful experience at Beefs.Our servers name Was Kiara. She was very sweet and attentive. After caring for us & making us perfect drinks (im a Bartender my self of 22 years) she informed us she was a Really new bartender & I was impressed.We will be returning.
First, when I got to the restaurant, waiting to be seated, a server hollers from across the restaurant "sit where ever you want". Next ,from across the room hollers" what do you want to drink?". So I holler back " half and half". About 5 minutes later, I get my drink and a menu. I order the Philly cheese steak, and a salad. 30 minutes later I am brought both the salad and sandwich! I told the server that I would have liked the salad first, she apologized and said she could keep it warm while I ate my salad. When I asked for my sandwich it was dry and flavorless. I don't think ill be going back.
Beefobradys all around is a great place to eat with friends and family! To coming in after church on Sundays to showing up after football games on Fridays, BEEFS IS THE SPOT!! Can’t have the best hangout spot without the best servers! I always ask for Mrs.Abby because she is always sweet and quick with her work and will also leave you satisfied with a smile on your face!
5 of us came in last Sunday afternoon. There were only about 4 other tables with customers and a couple people at the bar. We waited about 10 minutes for the waitress to greet us and take our drink order. We also ordered the chips and salsa appetizer. Our waters came in about 8-10 minutes We waited for our beer and cocktails for another 15 minutes. 40 minutes after we order the chips and salsa I walked up to the bar and was told they would be right out. 20 minutes later they came out with our food order. I ordered a chicken sandwich and was brought a burger. So I’d to wait another 20 minutes for my lunch. Our server NEVER checked on us to see if we wanted anything else to drink or to refill our empty water glasses. This may seem like a small matter but when we first got there I went to the restroom to wash up and there were no paper towels in the mens restroom. I mentioned this to the hostess and she said she would take care of it. Had to use the restroom before leaving and guess what? You guessed it still no paper towels. This restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. Very poor or non existent management and poor service. Never again.
Our waitress Abby is the best!!! We see her everyday we eat here and she always takes care of us!! Great service with a smile! We always set in her section!
Shannon at the Lake City location totally rocks! Her attention to detail and amazing personality is the key reason I go 2x a week! Best of the best!
Where to begin…. 1. Our to go order was cold. 2. Loaded fries were hard as a rock. 3. Could not get a kids to go drink with the meal because they no longer offer them with to go orders because “adults” are okay ordering kids meals 3. All of the sauce lids came off and leaked into every bag so I addressed that before I left and was told “our lids don’t fit these containers properly”….ok, not my problem. They get me new sauces and I get home to find out that they’re dumped over in the bag, again! I understand being short staffed but no drink with the kids meal we paid for all because it was TO GO?! Get it together!!!
Beefs is a great family restaurant. We enjoying coming there often. We always request Abby! She is so funny and a wonderful attentive server. You never have to ask her for anything she is always prepared with anything you may need! We love her so much! Will always come there for her! ??
I’m not one to leave many reviews unless it’s extremely bad or exceptionally great all around. My daughter and I ate here a few days back and we have great food, drinks refilled without asking, and most of all, great service. ? If you like buffalo sauce and ranch I’d suggest adding those two condiments to your fries per request. My little one hasn’t stopped asking for more.? Something so simple yet so good. Our waitress was very attentive to our needs as well as others. I noticed how well she connected with the kids and they seemed to love her as well.? It only makes sense that she is in school working towards getting into nursing school and working in pediatrics. Due to her friendly service and knowing how much people struggle while in school, I had to tip her a bit extra. She deserved it and I observed others enjoying her services as well. So next time you (who ever is reading this) decide to visit this sports bar, see if Kiara is available and I don’t see you being unsatisfied. She wasn’t too much or too little. I usually only order wings and fries at sports bars but I may just change it up next time to see if I personally like some other items.
Shannon the bartender was amazing she was knowledgeable, observant and kind. I will definitely be back! What a breath of fresh air Shannon was, you for sure have a rock star on your team!!!
