Went to the Arby's in tampa fl. There was only 1 customer ahead of us so they were not busy but service was slow they were not friendly they acted like we were bothering them. We ordered 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches and were charged for 2 beef and cheddar. However what we got was 2 regular beef sandwiches that seemed like they had been sitting for a while. Yuck I love Arby's but I will not be going back to this store . Also we didn't go back and tell them that they messed up our order. Paula Petrino
Discontinued Grand Turkey Club was a bummer. Then ordered a Bacon Turkey and ranch sandwich. Bacon was nearly non existent and overall taste is a thumbs down. Curly fries were cold. I rarely eat Fast Food and when I do it encourages me not to return for another 3+ years, so thank you Arby's!
I often stop at this Arbys location as it is conveniently located with easy access on and off of I75. Two classic sandwiches for 6 dollars brought me in today. This particular store is always fast even when the drive thru is full. After several years stopping in I have never gotten an incorrect order and always receive prompt service and hot food. I don’t often eat in but when I have the store has been very clean, restrooms well maintained and staff friendly! Highly recommended for a quick on the go meal

Manager was working hard, making the best of being slightly understaffed like everywhere else). I witnessed them move a few workers to other positions to optimize worker's strengths ?. My hat's off to any manager that can push teenage employees (of this generation) without crushing their fragile souls!
Cashed in on a birthday meal. Very friendly service. For two years in a row now this is the only place that wished me a happy birthday when redeeming a birthday coupon. Food was great as always.
Arby's always looks like it was slapped together but the portion size is still excellent. Love their Roast Beef and the Gyros are 5 stars. Curly fries still great. Prices are going up everywhere but Arby's is not compromising quality.
Your store changed a bunch, and your new manager just insulted me directly in a way I will not forget. I tried to fill out a cust svc form on your website in private, but apparently you removed that capability on Arbys.com. I presume you want us to find your corp in other more public ways. My DM's are open if you would like to listen. (it would have been nice if your DM's were open on your website, or twitter, or anywhere else. But maybe that was a legit buis decision to block private feedback and force the feedback to be public. The fact that this is my real name and a public complaint should indicate how offended I feel.)
Amazing, the managers and staff are amazing they have amazing customer service the food is absolutely amazing always fast and made right I wish I could give them 10 stars ? if your ever in lake City definitely stop by you won't regret it
Arrived last night (12/26/21) after a long drive. The young man taking my order and the lady that was helping fill orders were so cheerful and helpful. When I ordered chicken nuggets for my little dog they made sure I had utensils and a bowl and told me they were fresh from the fryer and to be careful before feeding him because they were very hot. They were so nice. You don’t often find this at a fast food restaurant. Thank you for making this a nice place to eat! We pass through Lake City often and will always visit this restaurant when we are there.
