I ordered 2 shakes, an ice cream scoop in a cup, and 2 cookies for my four daughters. The shakes are put on the counter spilling everywhere, because the lids do not fit the cups, and all on top of a nice long black hair stuck to the side of it. Tell me who the f*** pays $12 for a shake for their children and the lid doesn’t fit?? I asked the woman working and she replied “they sent us the wrong size lids”. I spent $50 at this place for ice cream, only for me and my kids to get frustrated and spill their shakes all over the fronts of them. Really nice. And a paper straw which only lasts a whole minute before it disintegrated into their mouths. I absolutely despise McDonald’s but at this moment my husband and my frustration made me wish I spent $4 on McDonald’s ice cream instead.
Overpriced and lackluster Customer experience. We've been wanting to visit for months and finally decided to stop in. We were not greeted and all ordering is done via iPad. We settled on half a dozen cupcakes, 3 cookies, and the pepper jack bacon scone for a total of $56. The cupcakes are already expensive and they tack on small additions to nickel and dime you further. I was given the option of stickers with no clear description that it was optional. That was an extra 50 cents. One of my selections was gluten free, an extra 50 cents. I tried the peach pie, an extra $1.50.The cupcakes were fairly small themselves, with the focus on the large icing. Most of them were delicious, though the candy on the lemon blueberry had a disgusting chemical taste to it. The banana was a bit dry and the peach pie was only good if you could eat all layers in a single bite. The double chocolate chip cookies were pretty good, especially if you really like chocolate.Due to a hit or miss on the flavors, expensive prices, and a poor Customer experience we won't be returning.
Did I go buy a half a dozen cupcakes on a whim just because I recognized them as the cupcakes from the movie ‘This is 40’? Yes I did. Will I buy them again? Ehh probably. They are good. Not fabulous, slightly dry, but flavor is good. We tried the banana, red velvet, blueberry lemon, and chocolate marshmallow. The service was sub par, and you order on a kiosk without speaking to anyone and they aren’t outwardly friendly. Overall just ok.
Had my first and only cupcake at Sprinkles. I chose the blueberry lemon gluten-free. While the texture was great, the taste was totally disappointing. If there was lemon in this cupcake at all, I couldn't taste it. When a cake says it has lemon in the description, I expect to taste it. The frosting is buttercream. Very sweet, but way too much frosting. I give it 2 stars only because the cupcake has a great texture and being gluten-free.
Eh. I wish I would have saved my $10 for the cupcakes sundae to spend elsewhere. The vanilla ice cream had absolutely zero flavor and the bottom of the red velvet also was very bland. The saving grace was the icing on the red velvet and the cupcake is pretty moist. I unfortunately just ate a few bites and threw it away - something a chunky person like myself don't usually do with ice cream.
Great flavors: chocolate bunny, lemon blueberry, and carrot cake! I was not impressed by the black&white cupcake but all the others were amazing, moist, not overly sweet, good depth & layers of flavor! Delicious!
Went because I had been told children can get a free cupcake. Wasn’t able to speak with someone since you have to self order on a kiosk. So ended up buying cupcakes for them and just got ice cream for myself. Kids enjoyed theirs - but I didn’t try them. It was very crowded when we were there (on a Tuesday)
I went to Sprinkles to try their cupcakes, as I am a fan of Cupcake Wars on the Food Network. I do not have a Sprinkles location anywhere near me, so I was excited to give it a try. The menu included cupcakes, cookies, and cupcake sundaes, as well as take home kits. It was a good cupcake, but I've also had good cupcakes elsewhere. It really was nothing special. The cake itself was slightly dry but it did have a lot of frosting on it to help it. It was pretty pricey, which is to be expected at a touristy place. It was $5.50 plus tax for one cupcake. Overall, it hit the spot on my sweet tooth, but I would probably pass on Sprinkles and try one of the other bakeries at Disney Springs for a wider variety of treat options.
Got the 4 pack of cupcakes 2 red velvet, one chocolate, and one carrot. Gave the wrong chocolate one but it tasted fine, gave a vanilla instead of one of the red velvets and gave a very salty caramel instead of the carrot cake. It took a long time for them to just put the cupcakes in the box and they weren't even the right ones. I would go back and get a refund but we don't live in town. Make sure to check for the right flavors before you leave the store especially if you have food allergies.
First impressions are important. First things we noticed were the sterile decor and lack of customer service. We knew right away this place was going to be a ripoff and the food so-so at best. We were right. Don’t bother. Ridiculous concept that appeals to no one. Go elsewhere if you want dessert. I guarantee this place will be gone within a year. Worthless.
