okay first of all qdoba’s is the best. like so much more value for your money than stingy chipotle and tap water beans moes. and then the people here are just so kind and funny. i didn’t get their names tonight, but whoever worked 7/20/2022 may be the NICEST restaurant employees ever. I’ve been here multiple times and every time i come they are so nice and the food is solid. also free queso if u needed more convincing :)
I was excited about trying the new surf and turf bowl. I order it cause it looked so good but when I tried the shrimp on the bowl, it was spoiled. It got me really sick to my stomach. How could they not smell it. It smelled really badly. I can’t with this place after this. Won’t be come back and will have an upset stomach all day. Thanks for not caring about peoples health.

Food is very nice but customer service is poor. Most of the spanish speaking staff have difficulty taking orders from English speakers. Well nice you cannot understand English, how about asking for clarity with a smile? Instead of making a rude face.Please hire a few staff who can deal with English speakers or others in a friendly manner. Thanks!
Soft taco shells are falling apart. Terrible food presentation. Guacamole color looks like it was done three days ago. First time and last time trying this place. $60 down the drain.
Fresh Mexican Food.It is always fresh, Great place for a good burrito bowl ? You will enjoy the flavors.I usually get steak amd chicken together.Excellent every time!
Second time trying to order some food here and it's also the second time they don't have any cauliflower rice. I am forced to take my keto diet somewhere else. It'd be nice to offer double protein when cauliflower rice is out free of charge of course

Went yesterday right around 12 pm for lunch. Service was lightning fast. The first person, a guy, was abrupt and slightly rude The cashier was incredibly nice. The food, was as cold as if just taken out of the refrigerator. I got the chicken tacos.
I am a regular customer for more than 6 years at this Qdoba. First time horrible customer service. The manager served me 2 bowls and 2 mini bowls measuring the rice, and said can’t give extra. Their kids meal don’t come with rice at all. My kids eat rice. That’s why I get mini bowl. But he served table spoon rice in mini bowl, and said McDonald’s don’t serve rice for kids. He was telling me what my kids should eat. And was very rude in his voice and tone and treated me badly. I was shocked. Many days they have given it was not new, I was even ok to pay extra. And another employee continued her rudeness as well while serving sauces. And manger was ok with it. This was the treatment knowing I’m a regular customer and said it’s ok if they have to lose my business. Plz learn to talk and treat customers equally and with respect. There are few other employees who are good. But the Manager needs training in treating customers equally.
