Great food here and atmosphere, but the best thing is the big peppers you get with sandwiches. I miss them, I've tried to have them imported but you can't, so I look forward to going back to Florida soon and having a go on those peppers. Cheers.
Very nice place to get a quick bite to eat. I had just gotten to the hotel and needed somewhere to quickly get a good meal. I’m glad I chose Primo Piatto. I ordered the bacon cheddar burger and was very pleased. The burger also came with delicious cheese fries. The food, service, and prices are optimal for a quick service meal. If you’re looking to have a great quick service meal, then this is certainly your place to go.
Ate here for breakfast and dinner during our trip. While this is a quick service restaurant, they cook everything to order so it might take a little longer so plan accordingly. Food quality is above the norm
Used mobile order after getting back from the parks for a quick snack, they were still supposed to be open for another hour so after waiting for 15-20 minutes I just went to ask about my order. I guess they all decided to leave the poor girl at the front counter to do mobile orders and in person orders.Well she just put mobile order off to the side and didn’t fill them and seemed confused on how to even do it. They didn’t even have all the items I purchased and I was told to just go get a replacement out of things I didn’t even want. I have never seen a Disney quick service do this type of service and was surprised they seemed to ignore the guest. I would never order from this location at night again.
The food here was great and the portion size was plentiful. The wait for food could sometimes take a while when mobile ordering but the ambience and location made up for that.
It is on the small side but super cute. The CMs were all friendly. We ate here for dinner and breakfast. Breakfast was especially delicious.
We ate here 3 times during our 5-night stay. We enjoyed the options and taste of the food, but they messed up our order all 3 times. As difficult as it is to mess up mobile orders, we were robbed of our fries, got a bonus flatbread, missed out on our fruit and beverages a lot. Their food is tasty but double check your orders before leaving the establishment.
Food was delicious, and did not feel/taste a like quick serve meal. Took a while to get our food. But the wait was worth it.Pizza tasted fantastic. And the grilled chicken sandwich was amazing!
We used this quick service twice while saying at the Riveria Resort! We used once for breakfast before going to the parks. The breakfast was quick and perfectly packaged. We brought it up to our room and ate at the table in the villa. It was nice and filling and pretty cheap considering! The next time we used it was when my older kids didn't want to go to dinner with us and wanted to order and stay in instead. They really enjoyed their food and said they were glad they chose that option! Also- great service. While getting my breakfast pickup order, I was immediately greeted and assisted in getting my order. Everything was correct in my order and I was able to get all my own condiments!
You can dine in, take out or room service this nice restaurant. Located at ground level of the Riviera Resort, it is open to outside in good weather. It is nicely decorated. Prices are good. Service good. We ordered take out, and ate our meal outside on a balcony located off the main lobby. We were not guests of the hotel. The food was good, but my cheddar burger was great! Excellent, in fact. Highly recommend. Open 7 to 10! Near the pool.
