We stayed for 4 nights in Treehouse 7018. It was an easy walk to the main building, a 10ish minute walk to the pool at the Grandstand (where you could re-fill the resort mugs) and the Grandstand bus stop was the 1st pick up. The accommodations are quiet, spacious and have their own pool and boat to Disney Springs. It had a proper baby crib, not a pack and play. As long as you don’t mind the stroll from the main resort (or hop on the internal bus service), it’s a excellent part of the resort to visit.
This is one of the better resorts in Disney. Golf course, very good steak house on site pool bars, very quick bus ride to parks and a 3 min boat ride or 7 min walk to Disney springs room had 1 bedroom but bed in the wall and bed in the cabinet slept a min of 5 adults.
This resort is so peaceful and charming. This is the second year in a row that we have stayed here for a week and I am looking forward to next year! The in-room washer and drawer, full kitchen and balcony to sip my morning coffee was awesome!! 15/10 and I would love to stay here again next year! Family favorite for sure!
We stayed in a preferred studio in the Springs section. We are DVC members and this was out first time staying at Saratoga Springs. We were extremely pleased with how clean and new our room was! We loved the murphy wall bed, as opposed to the pullout couch. Very comfortable beds! Loved having laminate flooring in the room instead of the carpet. Great foods options. Very convenient to Disney Springs (about a 10 minute walk from our room.) We are already looking forward to our next stay here in the fall!
We stayed a week with our family of 4. We checked in online ahead of time since we weren't arriving until 10pm and they told us around 5 that our room was ready and where it was. We could use our phone as a key which made it super convenient. The downside of that was they gave us a ground floor with a bad view. The porch off the back was pitiful compared to others we saw. The room was very clean and stocked with coffee and creamer and laundry and dish washing items. The shower had plenty of shampoo and conditioner and body wash and they has lotions and soaps as well. The maid service was just a check in and restock which was fine. When you go take blankets because the comforter is not thick and luckily I had a heavy blanket in the car because after a long day at the park you wanted the air cold, but then you'd freeze because of the thin covering on the bed. My 19 year old and 13 year old had the pull down beds in the living room and they loved that and it was so much better than a pull out couch. We were in the Paddock building which was close to the paddock pool and it was nice with a mini restaurant and drink fill station. We bought the refillable mugs which were well worth the $$ and fun for the kids. We spent the 4th of July at the main Springs pool which was nice too but packed that day. Overall we had a great week and would love to go back.
I have been coming to Disney for close to 50 years….yes 50 years and this hotel has the WORST transportation services ever. I waited close to 40 minutes for every bus to whatever park going to or coming back from. I would NEVER stay here again also pools are not close to any of the DVC rooms
So to start we are long time Disney Vacation Club owners at both Old Key West and Grand Californian. We love both resorts, and are die-hard Old Key West fans for many reasons. When we booked Saratoga for this latest trip we were a bit nervous. It always seemed so sprawlingly large and like it didn't have a theme or anything to offer. Wow we were wrong! As it turns out we have absolutely loved it! Of course it helps that the rooms are just recently renovated, and they did a great job of making it pretty, classy and comfy. We have not heard a single thing from any neighbor and our villa feels so peaceful and quiet and private. We ended up in the Grandstand Section which is great for a few reasons - first bus stop so you get a seat, and first bus stop to be dropped off when you are exhausted at night. Easy walk to the main pool and dining areas. Really nice quiet pool area. Easy parking. The resort itself is charming and peaceful as well. It reminds us more of Savannah than upstate NY. It has beautiful golf course views and so much space with cute water features, etc. Nothing about it feels crazy or crowded which we love. It's a great escape. We also love the quiet music they play throughout the resort. All in all we have fallen in love with it and would recommend it to anyone who likes a quiet resort experience with plenty of space to stretch out The staff have also been lovely.
Excellent adult beverages in an outdoor poolside setting. A little busy but not too crowded.
I know Saratoga Springs in a little older than the other resorts but we really enjoy staying there. There are so many "other" thing that can be done without going to the parks. This is our 3 time staying on Disney properties and I will do it again!
