I had planned my Disney trip well in advance and managed to get the tequila experience booked to celebrate my boyfriends birthday, we had travelled all the way from the uk and our only form of ID was a passport which we took a photo off not wanting to loose this in a park.. we are a couple in our mid/late 30s so had already spent the previous 4 days of our Disney holiday getting served without needing any form of ID.. on arrival at La Cava del Tequila we got ID’d for the first time on property and on showing a photo the manager would not accept this.. and not let us on the experience, which we were ready to spend $150 per head.. so turned away and completely ruined my boyfriend’s special experience. Extremely sad and disappointed by this.

Two words- avocado margarita. Ignore the $17 price tag. It's a freaking avocado margarita and it's soooooooooo good. If there's a line, wait. It's worth it. The margarita comes frozen and with little avocado bits mixed in. It tasted like melon and the texture was smooth. If you need something refreshing to escape the Florida sun, go here! Service is quick and efficient too!

Best drinks, wonderful service , our waiter Sergio was the best.

This used to be our favorite spot in Epcot. The Casa Dagrones Top Shelf Margarita was $24 but worth every penny. The bartenders used to make the margarita from scratch. We went two weeks ago and they poured it out of a jug. I was told they no longer carry the Casa Dagrones and they make the margaritas in batches offsite. It was still $24 but the margarita was watered down from sitting all day and they pour it in a much smaller glass. If you are going to get a premade margarita you might as well get it from the stand outside. We will not be going back until they start making them from scratch again.

A great little place. It’s kind of annoying that it’s so busy now. Disney really needs to clone this, because I honestly don’t go there anymore because of the wait to get in. The drinks are expensive, but people need to get over it, it’s a packed small place at Disney and the drinks are delicious—why would they make them cheap?

Every two years or so we will visit Epcot with another couple that we’ve been friends with for a long time. We do this thing called ‘Drink Around The World’. This is a great adult fun that we do, and you can even find t-shirts on this. For those of you who don’t know what I’m on about, just google ‘Drink Around The World Epcot’. We decide to start with Mexico this time. Oh boy we started guns blazing. So much for easing into it! Great place for tequila, and they have the lot. Any type of tequila you can think off, most probably they have it on shelf. We also tried a specialty beer made from sea water. This is not a restaurant. So if you are expecting food you won’t find a whole lot. Just chips and salsa and the like to accompany your booze. Not very kid friendly. We obviously had a great time starting off our Drink Around The World Tour.

Quick service. Friendly and great atmosphere. Got the Whorchata left and Black Magic by Neil Patrick Harris. Both are amazing. Best drinks this trip so far!

So disappointing. Wish I had read the reviews first. Disney is WATERING DOWN their tequila. My husband works in the beverage industry and we drink premium tequila, so naturally we ordered the tequila flight, unfortunately the tequila tasted like water. I asked the server to bring the bottle to the table, which he did do, I proceeded to ask him to pour me a tasting directly out of that specific bottle. The taste and color were nothing like what I was orginally served with my flight. Hate to say it, but Disney is WATERING DOWN drinks. Not acceptable and people should avoid this bar!

Not really sure why this place has such terrible reviews. My partner and I came for my birthday the weekend before Thanksgiving and it was great! It’s Disney people what do you expect? Of course you’re going to wait in a long line and it’s going to be expensive. I had the Paloma and my partner had the Black Magic and we both said they were some of the best we’ve ever had! Tequila blanco shots were also delicious! If you’re coming to Disney and you’re going to complain about pricing and waiting in line than maybe don’t come at all! Cheers?

This ls one place where Disney did not do a good job, after 30-45 min line people send you to the wrong place and end up sent back to the end of the line!!!! Bye Bye! Learn and start trusting people when you screw it!
