Sat way to long before our waiter came to take our order. Two items came to the table cold and had to be sent back. One pasta was missing the protein. Broccoli Rabe never came. The manager probably should have checked in with the number of issues at one table. We left dissatisfied. Would we go back, no. Would we recommend it, no. Sad.

The food is ridiculously expensive for what you get. Also, the pasta was not good at all. We were a part of 5. No appetizers and the bill was $250. Romanos macaroni grill is better for Half the price. They advertise New York but itâs certainly not NY quality food. I wonât ever return!

Had a great meal! we all ate pastas and shared a carpaccio with the table. Gnocci were great, homade potato. We loved the sauce and asked for more. The ravioli was a little too al dente around the edges, but it was still liked. Vongole was very tasty as well, but I thought it was light on the clams. Try the homemade lemoncello at the end of dinner! A fun little experience :)

The service was great. They pay attention to every detail. The food was delicious and the wine pairing was fantastic. We would definitely dine there again.
Great service is the game here, consistent food, wonderful attention to detail in the presentation, superb in house made products! IâL Mulino should the standard other restaurants should emulate! Also, whiteout a doubt - the best Pizza pie in town! Oh yes, check out best on Disney property wine - what a deal excellent food and a good bottle :-) Howie is such an attentive server, kind, real down to earth family man - kudos Howie, your the best my friend!!
The food was good but the staff was very inattentive. It was not a busy evening it seemed like there was more staff than diners. After ordering our food we were never asked for refills on drinks or another drink. There was a large gap of time between our appetizers and our main course and during that time not a single person came around until i started literally staring them down to clear off our used plates off the table. The food was good enough but you can clearly see that the staff does not care since it is a vacation spot and they do not care for repeat business. We dined at the bluezoo in the dolphin part of the resort and had a great experience and this was the complete opposite.

Extremely didnât like the service. As I was served by 2 waiters, I was utterly disgusted by one of their attitude. Part of working in hospitality, specifically F&B, is to ensure each and every worker is willing to give in their best. Having a snotty attitude in a well put restaurant should not be tolerated. However, the food was delicious; donât let a stuck up attitude ruin the experience and hard work put into a restaurant for costumers. Shaikha, Haya Ali
