Ice cream is delicious. Chocolate is great. Only problem that I discovered is that it's not certifed fair trade. :/ so can they say for certain that there is no child or slave labor involved on ANY farm from which they source their raw materials? Since this is my review I'll let them answer a simple "yes, we know for certain there is no slave or child labor" or "we don't know for certain" reply to this review. Lots of great stuffs on their website, but none of that cancels out unfair labor practices. 3 stars it is. Will up to five if they can verify no child or slave labor, lower to 1 star is they cannot verify or don't answer directly as that is an aftertaste I don't want. Hoping for good news. :)

As we know, Ghirardelli Chocolate is ALWAYS a treat!! In the grand scheme of Disney, this place is poppin'!! Extremely busy, with what seemed like 50 Cast Members working as one, to keep things moving! Do not be put off by the line size, as you move much quicker than you expect. After we ordered, we were given a number on a stick, and waited outside for our desserts to arrive!! We tried the Banana Split and the World Famous Hot Fudge Sundae...mannnn. They were everything you would hope for, in each respective dessert!! Now frankly, never mind the right side of the menu, you're at Disney right? So clearly you're not scared of spending a few bucks...but. If you are on more of a budget, try what I would do, when my kids were young. There were 3 of us, so I'd buy 1 dessert and we'd just share it!! That way we all would get a taste, and nobody would feel left out. Never let finances rob you of a once-in-a-lifetime type of experience!! There's always a way.❤️

Unfortunately, this location has went downhill since 2019. Used to give free chocolate samples, not any longer. They have cut their ice cream flavors in half, just have very basic flavors now. Prices are crazy, $15.25 for a sundae which was a lot bigger size in 2019, now it is so small, but the prices keep climbing. Avoid if you can, many other places for ice cream at better prices in Disney Springs.

The shakes are very good and the brownie warm is delicious. One of the best I have tried. The cookies and cream shake is good and the chocolate one is very nice !!

Great spot to stop and enjoy a delicious dessert while at Disney SpringsYou are given a number once you place your order, you set this number on your table and the staff brings you your food.We ordered the Double Chocolate - Hot fudge sundae and the Ocean Beach - Sea Salt Caramel sundae both items were delicious. My only reason for giving them 4 stars is due to the fact that chairs and seating is limited. It seems there are more tables than chairs so some people could sit and enjoy their desserts.I would definitely come here again, just might take my items to-go instead of trying to eat at the location.

We brought our extended family (grandparents, parents, teenagers, little kids) kids to Ghirardelli last night for dessert. Everyone loved it. The portions are huge. "One scoop" at Ghirardelli is like 3 scoops anywhere else. My dad said his hot fudge sundae was the best he'd ever had. My 7 year old got a scoop of ice cream in a chocolate dipped waffle bowl and was in heaven. Highly recommend!

No stop at disney springs is complete without visiting Ghirardelli for ice cream! I ordered a one scoop espresso chip ice cream on a chocolate dipped waffle cone with sprinkles. It was about $10. Yes it's on the pricey side but it was huge. A meal itself. My friends got the salted caramel sundae which was about $15. It was big enough for 2 people. We waited about 15 min for our ice cream to comes out. People could wait inside and outside of the shop for their ice cream. There's really not a lot of indoor seating.

My favorite chocolate shop. Great chocolate quality and delicious ice cream.

I seldom do ice cream but my wife loves it and she wanted to get one of their sundaes. She decided on the Cookie Bits Sundae. She waited in line for at least 15-20 minutes to order, but we saw that before she got in line. After she ordered and paid, we were given a number and eventually found a seat outside of the shop. About another 15 minutes or so they brought out her sundae. After she ate it she said it tasted good, but not close to $16.00 good. I have to admit, for the cost I thought the size was small, but oh well. She laughed about it and we went on. If you really love ice cream you may love this place, she decided she won't be going back, it just wasn't that good. BTW, while this is my account and she doesn't have one, she read this review, made a few changes, and this is her opinion.

Ok I don't normally leave reviews for chain businesses like this especially at a Disney park. But this soda fountain is probably one of the best places I have been to in a long time. My girlfriend needs to be dairy-free so we went in to see if they had a dairy free ice cream option. They had coconut milk ice cream that we turn into an almond Joy style Sunday. It was one of the best Sundays I've ever eaten in a long time! I think I have a new favorite there even though I can eat dairy all day long the Sunday was amazing. The staff was friendly and we really enjoyed talking with them and them sharing stories with us
