Every single thing about our stay was amazing. The staff was always friendly, super helpful and accommodating. The food was excellent. Everything in the room was spotless. The pool, and poolside eats, were awesome. Do not have 1 single complaint about our stay and hope someday we can stay here again.
Stayed using a Florida resident rate and had a fantastic time. Pool area is probably the nicest in all of Central Florida. The splash pad for the kids provides endless fun and kept my children busy the entire day. Grounds are clean and well kept.
Amazing beautiful resort! I visited this resort while on vacation in Orlando and although I had been following the resort since it opened I was completely blown away when I first saw it in person. The attention to detail is on another level the lobby had beautiful floors with hand layed mosaic tile, there where plenty of options when it came to food and when I ate at the pool bar the food was great and I was treated to amazing service. All in I would highly recommend this resort and i I hope that some day I can stay there and experience it even more
Great service as usual. Tons of entertainment for kids (water slides, kids club, teenager/older kids play room with modern arcade). Perfect place to spend a holiday weekend because they put a lot of effort in planning their in-hotel events. For example they had a whole carnival with egg hunt, games, big bouncy castles, train, petting zoo, prizes, etc. for Easter. The food is very good too.
"You get what you pay for". We have all heard that. In hotels I find it to be true. Do you want two cleaning services a day? Chocolates and waters waiting for you? Your bed turned down? Espresso machine and some rooms have wine on tap. This is the hotel for you. If you have a problem with the hotel or staff, it's you that's the problem. You can tell the staff have been trained to go above and beyond. At first the rooms might seem simple, but they are very high tech. Sensors alert your movements in regards to the AC, if the balcony door is open, it auto turns off. Ipads for anything you may need. The bathroom has a TV built into the mirror. I would recommend this hotel for not just for families or people visiting Disney. It is great for a stay vacation or a special event.
What an amazing place to spend a vacation. Everything here is of exceptional quality, the staff are truly friendly, professional and attentive.The rooms are spacious and clean. Our room had a view of Disney and Epcot, so we got to see the fireworks from our balcony, every night.The pools had plenty of chairs, towels and a wait staff that brings drinks to your chair. The pools are great for families and they even had a pool for over 21 as well.As we spent most of our vacation visiting the parks, we didn't have alot of time exploring everything the resort had to offer. Next time we intend to spend more time at the resort, because there is so much to do.
We have been members at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Disney World for almost a year and absolutely love it! As locals, going to the four seasons feels like an amazing amenity right around the corner. Every single person there is helpful, attentive, and extremely personable. From member services and event planning staff who create distinctive, memorable experiences every month, like Laura Silva, to hotel servers, staff, and pool attendants like Matt Finnemore, who take such good care of us on our lovely pool days or date nights, we are always so excited to go and spend our time at the hotel & club. As an added bonus, whenever we bring out of town guests or visitors with us, they are absolutely blown away by the level of service and attention to detail they receive. Truly couldn't ask for more.
