Great experience! At first May look like a “fast food”, but definitely it is not! They provide you a menu when you first enter, and then you pick your food at the cashier (all personnel is on character, the cashier even says “credits”), I had the ribs which had a wonderful spicy flavor and had a coleslaw with red-reddish cabbage and a cornbread with blueberry that took away the burn in your mouth make it a perfect blend of flavors! Drinks varies, even though I had a soda, there was distinctive alcoholic beverages!

Great spot for a quick bite for lunch or dinner. Location is truly immersive into Star Wars' world, love all the details around. It is a busy location but there is space to sit inside and outside. Can either Mobile order or wait in line. Regular lines are usually long, I opted for mobile check in and it was quick and efficient. The food was very good. I got the Felucian Kefta and Hummus Garden Spread which was very tasteful with lots of different flavors and spices. My daughter got the kid's meal Fried Chicken Tip Yip Youngling meal and she enjoyed it. Very fulfilling. Would definitely recommend to eat here!

This gem is located in the Star Wars section of Hollywood Studios in Disney World. You can either mobile order through the app or you can order at the counter. I HIGHLY recommend you order by mobile order and once it’s ready, you go up to the counter without a wait and pick up your food and find a spot to sit. We had the Smoked Kaadu Pork Ribs that came with a blueberry cornbread muffin and red cabbage slaw. It was a very good and filling meal! The meal was around $17 not including a drink, but I promise that’s one of the cheaper meals at Disney. Definitely check it out when you stop by this section of Disney because the food is great, the decor and building are amazing, and the staff stay in character as if they are smugglers!

Food and ambiance is amazing for a quick bite. They really build out the environment. That coupled with the thematic food plating really felt like the Star Wars world came to life. Staff here was also so helpful and nice. The stir fry was so so good. The beef was melt in your mouth. If you don't like super rich foods, beware. I liked the Poke, but wouldn't rec because the portion was way too small for $18.

This eatery is completely immersed in the Star Wars universe of Galaxy’s Edge, serving up galactic themed goodies quick service style. We used the Disney app to order in advance while we were in line for a ride and it worked out well. All we had to do was go pick it up at the counter no long waits in line (and the line was long). There’s indoor and outdoor seating but not as much of either as they really need. Getting a table took some strategic planning. We ended up in the outdoor seating (thankfully shaded since it was almost 90 degrees outside).I would rank the food overall as better than average with my spicy beef stir fry dish being the one everyone tried to sneak bites of. The plain chicken with Mac n cheese was just alright - nothing special but good for picky or non-adventurous eaters. The chipotle spiced version on the other hand was a winner, excellent flavor and not crazy hot. The cocktail was tasty and refreshing, I got the blue one. Not too sweet. Also not a lot of alcohol, I could barely taste it and didn’t feel it much either. I would definitely eat here again. Prices are on a par with any other quick service sit down in Disney parks. Definitely recommend ordering ahead to save time.

We grabbed a quick lunch here during our visit to the Star Wars section of the park. Ordered via the Disney App which was very convenient. The biggest surprise was the food. It was delicious. Ribs, slaw, corn muffin, Mac and cheese, broccoli, braised beef, and delicious veggies. All for a price that was reasonable for Disney. Would highly recommend checking this place out when visiting Hollywood Studios!

Good food, not bad pricing. One of the better choice in the park.

My girls and I had been at the park all day and had a reservation at Hollywood Brown Derby and didn't want to over indulge on junk food. We got here excited since we had scoped the menu a few times after getting off the MF ride. Well after taking in the surroundings the excitement left after paying almost $70.00 for e meals of BS. My eldest got thd poke bowl. First off it was a helping for a child, then the quality for thd price was horrible. I got the hummus and kefta. Everything tasted alright but they gave me enough for a toddler. A teaspoon of hummus spread on the bottom of tha bowl. And 3 kefta balls. My youngest got spicy chicken and once again. Not even enough to eat as an adult. We noticed everyone else's bowls were hefty. But ours looked more than horrible. I wanted to go back up to the front and speak to someone but I am in a wheelchair and my daughters do not like for me to get stressed out. We left hungry and disappointed and took a hit cause that price wasn't worth it. I forgot to take pics. And unless its on someone else's dollar probably won't go back in there. I noticed alot of these media outlets say its delicious hardy portions...I wonder are they getting paid by Disney...

best restaurant in this park. The food quality is superb. I tried three dishes and my wife tried others. Every single dish is delicious and nicely presented, including dessert. This even surprises me more than some rides. The star wars theme in this restaurant is absolutely immersive.

Ribs are good.
