The experience obviously starts at check-in which was outstanding. The lady who checked us in was kind, polite, and professional. She made us feel like we were the only people she had to help and seemed to really enjoy what she does. We were in building 2 which was Cars themed and the room was very nice. It was clean and ready to go when we arrived. The fold out bed and table combo was really cool. My daughter loved the stay and we enjoyed our stay as well.
Not a bad resort. Lacking on food options. Pools were great. Rooms were good for families. Staff were friendly we except the food workers. They are like lunch ladies from the 90s. Transportation to the parks wasn't bad. We did wait a while for buses back from the parks and it seemed like the other resorts had better results getting quick transportation back to resort. Made me think I chose the wrong one.

Wow! This was literally the best place we have ever stayed on holiday as a family. I highly recommend this resort for families with children of any age. My kids are 13 and 14 and absolutely loved it here. THREE really good, nice, clean (super clean!) Pools with lifeguards from 10am til 11pm every night! We stayed in the Little Mermaid rooms, they were lovely and beautifully decorated throughout. If you like jogging or just walking in general the resort is set on beautiful Hour-glass Lake and surrounded with very tame wildlife like squirrels, lizards and rabbits. I would love to go back one day, it really was a wonderful two weeks. All staff in all areas couldn't do enough to help. 5 stars from our family!
Rooms were clean enough. Got serviced regularly enough for our liking. Food was decent. The staff were brilliant- very attentive.Bus services and skyline were great between the parks. The pools were great- especially the big blue as there is a splash pad great for my 2 year old. The refillable drinks are a must $20 for as much coffee and pop you can shake a stick at the hotels. Although this is the only real great value for money item on offer. Make sure you have money to burn. But a great holiday and hotel none the less.

Family friendly, spacious rooms, fab attention to Disney detail, great pool and helpful staff. Food was lovely and great long hours so you can hit the parks early &/or late and still get food b4 leaving / on return. Defo recommend
I'm at lost for words for how wonder this place was for our getaway. The check-in process was a breeze, the staff at the front desk were super helpful and very effective at their job. The grounds were well maintained throughout our stay.The rooms were perfect for my family. The hide-a-bed/table combo was a pleasant surprise. (There is no microwave in the rooms so plan accordingly)Transportation to the other parks was simple, a Bus to 3 of the major parks and a gondola ride to 2 others.
I was beyond impressed with the setup. We got upgraded from the Little Mermaid standard room to the Cars Suite and it was an AWESOME room. 3 beds, 2 bathrooms, plenty of space for a family of 4 (and also for a family of 6). Would highly recommend!The service from all Disney employees was top notch. This was not a cheap trip by any means, but Disney hospitality definitely showed in everything they did. For example, I had a new Magic Band that I had been using for only 4 days and it broke. The manager at the front desk indicated it was normally a merchandise question, but he had an unused Magic Band at his desk that he activated for me and gave to me. Truly not expected (just wanted this little piece fixed), but that was an example of exemplary service.I will definitely be back to this resort in the future.
If you’re someone who appreciates the art of Disney then this is the resort to stay at. When you walk in to the front desk area, you see concept art on the walls and in the cafeteria you see the background art. It’s so beautiful and completely magical! Our room was Little Mermaid themed and it was very adorable and very comfy. All the staff are extremely kind and will accommodate any of your needs the best that they can.One thing I would be wary of is distances and locations of where the rooms are on the resort. Be prepared to do a lot of walking depending on where your room is and where you need to go.Overall I loved my stay and I can’t wait to come back ?
