sauces were very good on fries and burgers. my daughter really liked the veggie burger. cool vibe.
We stopped here on our way back home to Palm Beach. The cashier let’s just use her initial (K) probably not the best pick to use as a cashier. No Hi, Hello, can I help you!!! When we told her the menu changed the screen she looked at us as if we were idiots. No solution like here use a paper menu or app…. Solutions help and help us the paying customers not feel like complete idiot. We ordered and said coke but apparently she didn’t put it on the bill even after she said one soda. They had a huge water spill so you have to go out and around and again no explanation or sorry. We asked about season pass or discounts no we don’t do AP say it Annual Pass it’s not a text we are people. So I’m assuming no discounts even chase Disney cards.Food Fries Cold and that sucked they were pretty good. Hamburger is really good too. It’s to bad the staff ruined the experience of the restaurant
Great burgers and awesome service!
Love D-Luxe!! Delicious food, fast service.
Nothing compares to a burger from Five Guys in my opinion. The burger here was dripping grease and a bit overpriced for what you get. The fries were decent. Service was pretty quick. Not a bad choice.
YUM!! We stumbled upon D-Luxe when the line for where we intended to go was a mile long. We feel so lucky! The food was delicious— the Oreo shakes my kids ordered were flippin amazing! There is not restroom in the restaurant but thankfully it was just out the back door. Our food was out pretty quickly and it was great. If you’re looking to beat some of the crazy lines on a weekend, maybe you will get lucky as we did and walk right in to this little gem.
Absolutely awful. We used mobile ordering at 7:55PM on a Tuesday evening - food for 6 adults and 2 children. We arrived within 5 minutes and marked the order to be prepared. We waited 30 minutes before asking if our order was nearly ready and were told “it should be ready within 5 minutes”. We waited til 8:45PM and went inside to check again - “it’s almost ready”. Finally, at 9PM we went in to check if our order was ready and found it sitting at the side of the counter. I asked how long it had been sitting there and Tuck, the staff member, told me “3 minutes”. I felt the food and it was freezing, all the burgers and fries weren’t even lukewarm. I told Tuck I’d like to speak to the manager and when he went to get her I saw her shake her head and wouldn’t come out. I asked for my food to be remade and was told it would be a 35 minute wait - I said I’d waited an hour and had 2 children so this was unacceptable so I was told - “you can have your (cold) food but if you want a refund I’m taking it away”. Don’t waste your time or money on poor food and worse service.
We have been wanting to try this place and finally did. The burgers were “okay” and low on flavor as well as served warm by the time we got them. They were not like some of my other favorite burger places. We ordered classic cheeseburgers in lettuce and one El Diablo along with a regular fries. The fries were AMAZING and definitely the best per of the meal. The lettuce wrap was massive with nearly a full quarter head of iceberg lettuce. An affordable price for families at Disney Springs as our order for three was $43 and a family of 4 with drinks would be about $90.
Disney Springs staple lunch visit that never disappoints. Always enjoy sitting outside by the water to enjoy our burgers. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Tastes just as good as they look! Pricey, but that's expected for the location. Definitely a solid go-to if at Disney Springs. Has seasonal options as well, which is always nice!
