This restaurant was on my 'must do' list when back in Florida, I'm so glad we managed to get chance to eat there. The menu is varied with plenty of choice to suit everyone, the servers were friendly and food delicious. Will certainly go back on our next visit

I had been wanting to try this place for ages and did for the first time yesterday. The food was absolutely delicious and worth every penny. Jessica F was our server and she was simply fabulous. She was kind, answered any questions we had and then some. She checked in on us frequently despite the restaurant obviously being crowded. I hope to come back again next trip and can only hope my visit will be as great as the one I had yesterday!

It was a shame that the gator tails were off but it’s understandable when there’s a supply chain issue so it couldn’t be helped. The thigh high chicken biscuits more than made up for it. A real highlight was the Shine Cake which was just stunning. Hopefully we’ll be back soon.

Once again we turned up at our reservation time to be told we had to wait 15 minutes and would be messaged when they would deign to allow us in. Quite an arrogant hostess as well; so not a nice start. The problem is that UK mobile phone numbers are not recognised by the Disney booking system. So after waiting another 15 minutes, standing outside in the eyeline of the hostess, We approached her to be told "I have messaged you" but she didn't understand how this was impossible! So we went in, not exactly in the best frame of mind! Luckily, the food and the excellent service more than compensated for the 'Sales Prevention Officer' outside. Food was great. Server was awesome. Only nit pick is if a menu for kids says “ fish sticks” then you need to serve fish sticks. My 5 year old expected fish sticks and not a piece of breaded fish. Also super friendly for shellfish allergy. Nothing was fried with shellfish. My son could eat everything.
This place is definitely worth the hype! This restaurant in Disney Springs serves southern food on a river. The decor was a bit off, but was still decent. Our waiter was good, Nothing to say about him.The food was excellent. My fried chicken was very flavorful, juicy, and scrumptious. My biscuit was very dense and was good. My Mac and cheese was excellent with the thick top and soupy bottom. Would definitely recommend booking a reservation as soon as possible.
