We came here because we wanted a quick bite: hot dogs, they have then cooked, you would expect to be quick right? The line was a bit long but nothing crazy. I waited 40 minutes. I don't think it's acceptable for this kind of restaurant. When I finally reached the counter I realised why. The staff that took my order had another ticket before mine. I could see the hot dogs I ordered were ready to take, but she was waiting for the hot dogs from previous order to be ready. She just waited instead of giving me my food and serve other people. I could see all staff members working the same way. I've worked in fast food restaurants and this is an extremely slow way to do service. If they would work faster, I'm sure the waiting time would be reduced to at least half time. They need to work better on staff training and shift management to improve service and waiting times. Hot dogs were nice, a bit expensive, but good. If I had to rate based only on service I would give 2 stars.
Standard quick service fair, but with a really long wait if you go here anytime close to the fireworks show. There are a couple tables inside that are often available since everyone claims the outside tables for the fireworks.
The charm at this place is amazing. The atmosphere is hard to beat with it being right at end of Main Street USA and on the edge of the main courtyard in front of the castle. The food here is very comforting. My go to order is a Chili Cheese Dog with french fries. The cheese sauce for me is always a must as well. I love pouring on the sauce on top of the dog and using the rest as a dip for the fries. Great tasting dog, can tell it is 100% beef. Great tasting fries, my favorite fast food style fries anywhere. My only complaint is this place can be VERY busy with it being in such a central location. Finding a table is impossible, good luck with all of the table vultures looking to pounce once someone leaves. If you are a table vulture, happy hunting. If you are non confrontational like myself, there is a grassy area just north of Casey's Corner where there is plenty of space to sit and eat your meal picnic style. With the view of the castle, I personally can't beat it.
The food was amazing and affordable. We tried the foot long all beef and fries with the lemonade
Worst mobile experience in the park. From the time I clicked "here" on my mobile order it took them an hour to get my 5 hot dogs ready. About 25 minutes of waiting until it was "ready" then another 35 minutes went by when I couldn't recognize anyone else in the store anymore. I tried talking to a cast member who was pretty dismissive until I pointed out that I had moved through the entire pickup queue inside the store and been at the front of the counter for over 20 minutes.
The place has a baseball theme and was a quick meal but the food was ok to say it nicely. We got a chili dog combo which came with fries and a drink for ~$20 and a funnel cake dog with strawberries, bacon and funnel cake topping with fries for ~$12. The funnel cake dog was unique but not something I would get again. The chili dog was a basic chili dog that was way overpriced. The issue is that you are in a Disney theme park and such, you are going to pay. There were other food places I would go before here, if you value your money. If you are going for pure experience, then stop on in.
We love it here always great food and fast
Good hot dogs. Chili and cheese
Wow, ordered my food via the Disney app and they took over forty minutes to let me know my food was ready. I talked to the front about where my food was and they informed me the fryer was down and they would substitute my chili cheese fries with a naval orange. This seemed highly unfair so I asked they alter my order so I can just get my hot dogs. They said they couldn’t. So I had to complain to be sent inside and get my order altered. They said due to their fault of not letting us know about the fryer that we would get a meal for free and we could get our hotdogs. A week later and I have been charged the full amount even though I have a teceipt stating that I would be charged less. Now I have to figure out how to get my money back. Their have been countless studies about Disney’s customer service and I can’t imagine that this is what customer service they are so widely known for. I’m furious right now. I spent thousands of dollars to go and waste over a hour just trying to get food and then get lied to my face. I thought we would have been treated better.
Mmmm so good!! Limited menu but ordering online and pickup was amazing. Very limited seating, but you can usually find some grass room just to the north. The chili dog was amazing and spicy!
