A very lackluster experience. Staff was new and poorly trained. The chef was very uninterested and some what cold. Server/hostess was new and kept forgetting things and kept stating she was overwhelmed. Also the is location was not clean.
Servers and chef in the restaurants were great. The meet and greet staff need to smile once in a while. Their welcome made me worry that we had made a mistake going. Thank heavens we stayed as the servers and chef were superb.
As always our experience at the Hiltonâs Benihana was very good! Except for the soup which was very salty as a whole table found the same experience! Other than that, our waiter and the person that cooked our food Junior very Personable experienced and thoroughly enjoy the rest of our dinner!
We've been there to celebrate my brother's birthday and We had a great experience.
We had the table at 8:45 pm. At 8:55 we asked about it because we were still waiting and the person with a bad attitude answered that they were short of staff then the sat two tables before us (one without reservation) so we asked again (it was 9:05) and the person with a worst attitude mentioned that they called and said they were late so, they have preference for the table because their reservation was earlier than ours. When we asked about the one without reservation they did say anything and one minute later (because they saw us leaving) they de died to sit us which we refuse and leave the restaurant.
Food was salty & my steak was cut into a ton of diced pieces like diced onions.
Louis put on a great show and we truly enjoyed watching him cook our dinner.
Nate the Great did a wonderful job cooking our 20th wedding anniversary dinner. Best Wishes to him in his career.
Our chef and waitress were amazing, however, service was incredibly slow. No fault of theirs, but seemed short staffed overall. 7:30 reservation and didn't even get drinks until 9 pm. Nate our chef was so funny and really amazing with our kids.
Nate âthe GREATâ was our chef and he was terrific! Laughed all night, food was perfection! Highly recommend him for your next visit.
