It is sad to see how little by little the experience is deteriorating in terms of service... I always recommended it because I loved the food, but a month ago I went and after waiting more than 20 minutes in line to pick up my order I got home and it was not my order... so I came back and simply the young man who attended the orders decided ignorance. So I decided to go. And today I'm finally back after that bad time but I didn't even want to wait for my order, the customer service is just frustrating.
Been here many times with no issues before, decided to go and pick up food for my grandfather and I. I paid about $30 and got told to wait at the white line and someone would bring it out. 15 minutes goes by he brings out the wrong food, no biggie just go inside and grab the right one. No how about disappear for another half hour leaving me wait. I watch 2 dozen cars pull off from the drive through with their orders. I decided to just leave and take the loss. Not going to argue with teenagers who cant provide simple food orders. Ive worked in the food business before, it's not that hard to write down the order, and serve it when its done.
Always hot, fresh and friendly service. I've never had a problem with food availability or service here.
There was pour service we waited in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes and was not told the chicken we ordered takes 15 minutes to cook and the young girl just told me to move up and wait on the white line. Then I went inside and the workers were young teenagers just talking not really working . I will definitely not be going there again.
Very juicy chicken with great flavor. Very friendly staff working the drive thru. Kids loved the nibblerz. The chicken finger plate is a good portion.
They had a guy stand outside to take orders and he was so unprofessional. Went to order and he didn’t even ask what i wanted. No hello, welcome nothing. Only words that came out his mouth was “$20” and it’s because it was my total. Drive through window was just as unprofessional, guy asked me “is this ur food?”.
My food was good, but the staff is very unfriendly. A few of them looked at me while I stood waiting to be help and said nothing and kept walking by or just stood there. This is the second time the staff at this location was horrible. Tried to give it a second chance, will not be back to this location.
FOOD IS COLD DISGUSTING NOT WELL DONE DONT COME HERE AT ALL MANGEMENT SUCKS THE PLACE AND BATHROOMS ARE SO DIRTY PEOPLE ANIT FOING THEY JOBS CORRECTLY UP IM HERE. ALSO GIRLS IN THEIR FOOLING AROUND TALKING ON THEY PHONES NOT CARING ABOUT CUSTOMERS WAITING 30 MINS PLUS JUST FOR DRIVE THRU FOOD !!!! CALLING CORPRATE !!!!
For the third time in a row the food was wrong. Ordered boneless...got bone in. Stressed boneless, and double ranch. Cashier read it to us correctly, the receipt was correct, and then someone packed the order wrong. Line around the building, waited 20 minutes at least, dining room still closed. Just a mess. This used to be a good restaurant. We will not be going back. It has gotten too expensive to get home with incorrect orders and the long wait in line. At least when the dining area was open, you could SEE that the order was not correct. Now I guess we should unpack and check the order while sitting at the drive through? Not worth the trouble. We are done.
Ordered under Uber eats. Received an incomplete order, called store and spoke to 2 people including a manager and made no effort to correct order. Will never order from that location again. Buyers Beware.
