I just hate being stuck at this resort and only having one place open to eat. The food is not great and there is not enough staff nor seating to support the crowd when hear for a convention
People were nice but the price was outrageous. Never coming back. DO NOT BUY THE TACOS. THEY CHARGE $19 for only two and they aren’t even average. Sucks that they are taking advantage of their location. I live in NY and work in Manhattan and these prices are far more ridiculous than there. Top it off, for the price, it taste terrible. $19 for only two tacos. I feel like I was robbed. I will write on every reviewing platform about this nonsense.
Not worth the cost at all. My chicken sandwich was meh. Chicken was a bit dry and tiny. You can see from the picture it doesn’t even take up the bun. Chicken was also plain and needed lots of the aioli sauce and Buffalo sauce. Side Caesar salad was lacking in toppings. My girlfriends taco was super bland as well. Only plus was the draft beer. You’d do better going off the hotel.
Best part of our visit was the walk thru the terrific resort. Indoor “tropical forest” was really quite unique, especially at night. We were there on Easter week, so a portion of the woods was decorated with Easter eggs and ornaments. The whole experience was like being in a fairytale land. Food was good but not exceptional. The wait staff was average. Parking was $30, but the staff was kind enough to validate it (probably because we ordered enough food). The walk thru the tropical forest would have been worth the price of admission. With free parking, it was even better.
Perfect Sports bar!In the perfect location and have a great service! For the first time I’m here and I feel I’ve been here over and over. The drinks and food are perfect for the sports bar and especially, thanks to Sabrina at the bar To make happen.
There are two redeeming qualities of this place. Food is good and a great TV setup. However, if you are going to advertise a sports bar, you should understand which season it is and the importance of having the appropriate games on. You should also have servers. We had to repeatedly ask for first round of March Madness games to be put on. We switched spots after asking them and have not seen a server for 2 hours. They even sat someone beside us that also has not received any service. Avoid this place until they get a manager that understands a sports bar.
The food was OK. My girls didn't like the Mac and cheese from the kids menu and wasted most of it. My salad greens had so much brown on the lettuce that I couldn't even eat most of it. I didn't even bother to complain because the server was not very tentative and was always rushing away from the table even though the restaurant was practically empty when we were there. We didn't bother going back there for the entire rest of my stay at the resort.
So this was a great place to eat. Two levels were the first level being more sports book looking and the lower level was more of a typical bar. I'm giving it four stars for the food. I think it was good. The atmosphere was great here. The staff was great and the TV selection was great

If you don’t mind loud bars and high prices, this is the place for you. They do have a lot of big screen TVs, so that’s a plus. BE ADVISED (because we were not) that this bar is located inside the Gaylord Palms resort. If you are not staying there, the parking fee is $30 unless you spend $75 in the bar and then you can get your parking validated.
