Issues with self service machine. Neither accepted my card. I was then left waiting a long time to place my order with a member of staff as they said they were busy giving out orders. We were the only family there. I didn't like the manner in which I was spoken to. The girl did not give me any options with my order. I did not like the sauces they had included but i was not given an option. She was rude. There were no gluten free options either. I was told to have a piece of lettuce instead.
DO NOT COME HERE IF YOURE IN A RUSH. Everytime I come here it’s about 30-45 min wait minimum. They’re super Short staffed, Attitude is reflecting this for sure, cranky overworked employees are working here. I had a line of about ten honking cars behind me while I waited for someone to answer me in the drive thru. This place was great about a year ago but has declined substantially. Corporate probably doesn’t care which is unfortunate.
The service here is fast but the food was not hot at all when I had went instead it was old French fries and the burger was not that great I hope next time I'll have too tell them can I get the whole meal fresh but the service was fast but I rather have hot food then cold any day
I like the restaurant but the hours say they close at 11:00 pm but arrived at 9:00 today Monday, 16 2022 and they say it is closed. Please update your hours, so customers know what time the business closes.
My granddaughters were at Wendy’s on Vineland and each ordered a meal. They payed separately on the kiosks, but neither one was given a receipt. One of the girls got her order and the other one didn’t. When she told them she didn’t get her order, they walked away and no one came back or gave her her order. I guess cause you are a teenager, you don’t get the same service as an adult. She stood there for 30 minutes and no one bothered to help her. She spent $7 for nothing in return. This is ridiculous. She is shy and doesn’t like to make a scene, so left without her food or a refund. I guess chicken nuggets and baconator fries is too much too handle. So, if you want to get ripped off, go to the Wendy’s on Vineland Road in Kissimmee. They will be glad to take your money, but don’t expect to get your meal.
Would give 5 stars for fast service and this location is very close to me.But every so often:-An item of mine is missing, item is incorrect & no receipt is given after paying.-Dine in doors are locked before the official closing time and there's no sign. Store does not answer phone.

Food was just okay. Need employees to slow down and speak clearly. Had to ask him to repeat several times as we could not hear or understand what was said
just left there today Feb 20 2022. ordered a number 9 and 2 6 piece nuggets. get up to the register and she says do you need a drink carrier. I ask why do I need a drink carrier? she responds for your 3 drinks for your 3 combo meals. I told her I ordered 1 combo. and 2 6 piece nuggets. Cashier raises her eye brow at me and rolls her eyes. I hope that she was having just a bad day.
Second Wendy's this trip and when I compare this to our first (other branch) it just didn't perform as good. Food seemed flung together, order not fully complete so had to ask for rest and everything had been sitting out a while waiting on....I don't know what but it got cold. Drinks machine missing a few options and the area around them was messy and dirty. Hopefully it gets a pep up as it was great when it first opened.
