If I could rate 0 I would! This was the worst Wendy’s experience ever! They call it fast food but we were waiting for an hour! We started at the drive thru and got fed up, so we decided to go inside. We went inside and there was not such a long line. When we are next the cashier just leaves and starts doing other things. I understand they were short staff but still they had to fulfill orders. When we ordered we waited for 45 minutes! Just for a small simple order. We are watching the clock and had realized we had waited for an hour just for this food! And when we got it we said TO GO and we get handed a dine in tray. And as a bonus they forgot a little piece to our order that took another 2 minutes of our time. This was horrible it’s called fast food for a reason! To get food fast!!
Went to this Wendys location since it is on my way home. Today I was with my kids and they wanted food. I was able to order what my son wanted. My daughter wanted regular nuggets, but I was told they only had spicy nuggets. I asked my daughter who is seven if she wanted anything else from wendys. She said only the chocolate frosty. So i get my son his meal and my daughters frosty. Then I was going to head to another fastfood service to get her some nuggets(she is picky). I get to the window and your worker asked me why I wasn’t getting my daughter anything and only a frosty. I am beyond mad at this interaction, and definitely won’t be going to this location again.

All the drink fountains were not configured correctly. The one I used had too much carbonated water on three different drinks, the next one to it had virtually no carbonated water, so I asked for a drink from the fountain behind the counter and it also was too strong on the carbonated water, the food also wasn't very tasty but it may have been due to the bad tasting drink I had to wash it down with.
Love Wendy’s, always visit a Wendy’s when we come to Florida. Portion size is amazing, they never get an order wrong. Had the baconator, wow what a burger. Quite possibly the best burger I’ve ever had.
Wendy's food is normally good, but this location is a little questionable. We arrived in Florida really late around 11pm Sunday, so we decided to get some food. Granted it was late and 90% of the fast food restaurants were closed. Nevertheless, the customer service in the drive thru was so awesome, polite, curious, and nice. That made up for the food.
The drive through lady was very nice, it's too bad though that our food was cold and noth the chicken sandwich and burger were as hard as a hockey pucks. We had to go back through the drive through again since the people that prepped our order forgot our fish sandwich. The only thing was the frosty.
So the cashier was being trained and the one doing the training was basically doing all the work and I was impressed with how well she did. That was the third fast food place I tried in Orlando and it was the best managed.
Simply terrible. Ordered 4 different burgers and they all arrived with just the bun and patty. Completely unprofessional. You cannot convince me that this wasn't an accident.
I LOve this location because there so fast, friendly and have great customer service.. The food is always taste good.
