I love Wendy's CHILI. Have for about 10 years as its my Mom's favorite too. I love buying the Family size which can serve a whole family and is rich with beans and little meat. I love Wendy's lemonade..so refreshing. NOT to mention their great sandwiches...MMMM. I'm feeling to go visit them. Thats some healthy food range...in my opinion. Service is good and staff friendly.
I made a mobile order and went thru the drive thru. I had to give them my name like 5 times, then sat a the window for about 3 mins until I was told to pull forward. We waited just about 30 mins before our order was brought out(with a hungry 4 yo). When I got it my frosty was dripping and my fries were cold and soggy like it sat around for 20 mins or so. Thanks Wendys!
The females who were working the drive through acted unprofessional. They gave no receipt and got the order wrong. When I informed them about the order being wrong the manager said I ordered something completely different and gave me a hard time. First of all how are they gonna tell me what I ordered? undercooked bacon and missing items as well.
Cold food for every member of our party. Tasteless and limp. Staff uninterested - they actually found it funny when we brought it to their attention. Dreadful - would not recommend this Wendy’s.
Their service was fast accurate and courteous. The staff was very friendly and assured we had everything we needed to enjoy our meals.
Two stars because the day crew is fine. The night crew is absolute trash. Get someone who isn't completely inept. Like at least one person.
Charged us twice because the app didn't go through at the location, do the manager would not give us our food until we paid for it a second time. It took me over a week to get a refund, because every time I went, the manager who was able to do the refund was not there.
We always get great service here. Nathalie is usually at the counter and is really quick and friendly. Our orders are always accurate.

Multiple times I have ordered the Baconator combo and asked for pickles, lettuce, tomatoes and onions to be added. Always get charged extra but they never get added. Not sure why I always have to check my sandwich for these items before I depart the drive thru window.
