The one on pleasant hill is better. This location is always forgetting the side items. Especially if your ordering through GH. They don't answer the phone or just hang up when there are issues, and they are super slow. Always a long line when I drive by.
Waited in line around 12:50-1:25 but my food was. Hot ? fresh and delicious. Didn't have frostys due to closing soon which I get but the Dave's melon ? lemonade was clutch!! Definitely worth the wait ... Great Job Night Staff @ Wendy's. ?
So 4 orders placed so far an none has been delivered correctly. This time again missing food and my strawberry frosty (spoiled) the chocolate pix one was added so you could see what it should look like.always missing food. Tty contacting rhe store more than 5 times no answer, and impossible to contact doordasher or whoever they use to deliver. This is horrible from AIKO KIRISHIMA???????????
This Wendy's is a joke. Staff is RUDE they do what they want. They close when they want. Even though the online website says they don't close until 2:00 I ordered a online order PAID for it and got there about 11:00 pm to pick my food up. They came on the soaker said they were closed even though they took the person in front of me. Then I pull to the window tried to tell them that I had a online order they wouldn't listen they even started yelling at me saying we don't care we are closed! . Need to get better staff!!
One of the worst fast food experiences I have ever had. Cold nuggets and burgers and warm salads. Stomach really didn't feel good the next day even though did not eat much of the "food"
I guess I should've read the reviews before I went here. Almost an hour in drive thru line. Didn't have Frostys. Got to the window and the ENTIRE crew is screwing around. Running around laughing and joking, everything but working. Food is cold, no ketchup, and no napkins. The owner needs to replace that ENTIRE crew despite one of them claiming "night crew was the best", best at what? Not doing your jobs? Seriously? Don't go here! Go somewhere else!
Clean, modern, typical Wendy’s. They are short staffed so our dine-in order took longer than expected. That’s pretty much everywhere these days. Super friendly staff.
Took over 20 minutes in the drive-thru to get fries at 9pm that were not hot and crispy as widely advertised nor full. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the cashier at least apologized and I’ve been here before when it’s not busy and they’re not nearly as slow. However, this isn’t the first time I’ve waited a long time for food that was not fresh.
Went here after midnight. There was a line and they did their best to get orders done quickly. Quality was good. They need to staff properly at nights to move lines faster.
I always come here. Great food with a low price. Definitely use the Wendy's app. I get great offers and deals with bonus rewards. I'm always getting free stuff on the app.
