Prime location, with good employees. My spicy chicken sandwich was very dry like it sat out for a long time, addressed the issue with them and they made me a fresh one.
The first time in the line for about 25 minute. The order was not right. The second time we stay in the line for another 25 minutes the Order was not right again. The third time my wife went inside about 10 minutes. Unknown people looking for jobs. But make sure hind people these speak ENGLISH. And he was rude I would never come back in here again. This happened 5/25/22 at 3:45 pm. By when I got my food it was cold I want to go back and get my money But My wife say forget it
Today's visit was horrible. The drive thru was backed up about 10 cars, so I went in. I couldn't get waited on at the counter, so I went back to my car & couldn't get out. I actually got out of my car & yelled for someone to just let me out. Drove across parking lot, went in again, kiosks not working properly, couldn't save my order, couldn't get my points, the entire experience was maddening.
I ordered a biggie bag and the quality was very poor. Food was cold. Cheese of the burger not even melted. Felt like it has been cooked and sitting there for quite some time even though the meal was given to me pretty quickly after I ordered. Overall, disappointing.?
The food is always fresh, the employees are very accommodating, for a bust area they do so well everytime.
Placed an curbside order and clicked “I am here” at 5:58 pm (today, Tuesday). The app says they will bring out the food in 5 mins. At 6:09 pm I go in to check and the teen at the counter says there is only 1 order in front of me. There are only two customers inside waiting for their order. The drive through has only 2 cars and the curbside pick up was empty when I got there. He will bring it out. After 22(!) mins I go back in again, and the teen explains her is all alone at the counter. That should be fine with 3 customers. But there are at least 8 other employees between the drive through and the kitchen walking around. I see the manager walk in and tell her I have been waiting 22(!) mins for my order (2 meals, no exceptions, easy order). She grabs it in 3 mins. No apology. The food was cold. Will not go back.
We love Wendy's especially the 4 for 4 yes Lord it's a complete meal for us and our kids !
Well today I was disappointed. I ordered a combo meal, but when I went to get a refill on my coffee drink, they said no refills. As I don't drink soda, I was disappointed.
I'll give it the benefit of the doubt because it was the end of the day but it was super messy; the floors and especially the self serve counter. I used the on screen ordering machine and got a tomato on my sandwich but at least they added pickles as I asked. The spicy chicken sandwich wasn't that flavorful and mildly spicy. Good fries. Doesn't take Apple Pay anywhere despite it saying it does on apple maps.
It’s not even Wendy’s fault, it’s their delivery service. I was at work and I was hungry so I ordered from Wendy’s which is only 0.8 miles away from my job. I didn’t have a car so I relied on their delivery service which originally said it was only a 26 minute wait. I placed my order at 6:34 and my break was at 7. So I expected my food to arrive around the same time as my break. My food did not arrive until 7:58. So I did not get to eat. I tried to contact my driver multiple times and then when I finally reached her, she pretended not to know Spanish. Luckily I speak Spanish and so when I responded in Spanish she gasped and hung up. When I did receive my food it was half eaten, cold, and my frosty was melted. Save yourself the time. Do not use their delivery service and just go there yourself, it’s faster, efficient, and more trustworthy than relying on doordash.
