I went to this location twice this week on vacation and the customer service was outstanding. The same manager took my order both times and he had such a friendly personality and a great attitude both times regardless of how busy they were. These are the people that employers should be looking for and rewarding them when they are lucky enough to have them working for them.

I ordered from this place on Monday evening. Almost 50 percent of my meal was incorrect. I was also charged for 2 beverages that I never received nor ordered. If I had done so, I would have questioned the purchase. I never received a receipt either. When I called the manager tried and make it seem like my ordering was to blame.. I ordered thr chicken Blt, and never got the chicken. I ordered Mac bites and never received them either. I was charged for 2 beverages I never ordered, nor did they make an attempt to give them to me. Yet all she wanted to do to rectify the situation is for me to drive back up and pay for the items I didn't receive because it was somehow my fault.. this made no sense and while I did receive credit back for the 2 drinks. This is unacceptable.

Food wise it was.... Okay. You can go to a five guys for the same if not better. The lady up front kept forgetting what we ordered after we.paid. we had to go back 2 more times to add what we thought she heard. Then they said they would bring us our drinks, forgot twice. Then gave us 2 cups and just said here you go. My father ordered a salad with Chicken... Didn't have it so we went up there to just added it on... Took them 20mins to do that. Then I over heard them asking about the chicken and then laughing at the fact they hadn't done it yet.

The worst experience ever. A manager named Julissa called me and left a voice mail the night prior stating I can have my order remade and pick it up the next day due to inconvenience. The following morning I called multiple times and finally got an answer just to be told they can’t remake my order due to how busy it was. I was told to then call back in an hour just to be ignored. The employee who claimed to be a supervisor named Ace is completely unprofessional and rude. He should not be working there. Not only did he ignore my calls prior to coming into the store refusing to help me. He also got loud and continuously cut me off without letting me explain what I was there for. He had no clue of my situation even prior to me coming in. He did not give me the opportunity to explain myself. When the manager Julissa completely understood my situation which is why she advised me to return the next day for my order to be remade. However Ace stated and I quote “I don’t care what you have to say”. Now he is lying saying they told me about my order the night prior and how to get a refund. When he did not even know what I was there for and when I tried to explain he shooed me away like a fly. I was not rude or loud once. I also did not once ask for a refund. I was trying to ask for the food I paid for and never received to be remade as promised by Julissa which he would have known if he let me explain. But here he is lying and assuming my situation/ what I needed. I also never commented on poor staff just the horrible supervisor named Ace. JULISSA IS A GREAT EMPLOYEE AND DESERVES TO BE THE SUPERVISOR NOT ACE. Not only did they take my money but also did not remake my order. I will be contacting corporate regarding ace as he should no longer be employed at what should be a customer friendly environment.

We called for takeout and got the rodeo burgers and a order of fries. And it was all good , and the service was fast. Would definitely come back for more.

Pretty good food for the price, and our delivery came promptly. We ordered from here after a long day at Disney parks, and it did not disappoint.

Terrible experience ever in a Fast Food restaurant...order food, finally when I got my order they kick out ussaying that they were close..Management has tochange the Hours on Yelp to avoid this Problems.The employee who take our order was rude when Iexplain that we decided to go to this fast food she put thevolume of the music high when I was talking to her....very bod experience...... if you are in the Fast Foodindustry you have to fallow the hours that are in yourpublicity page or Change right away......

The worst restaurant in the state!!!!! First all themanagement have to change the hours in Yelp, in the appsays close at 11 pm we order at 10:17 our order wasready at 10:45 pm when we were eating they say that theywere close!!!!! What do you have the wrong hours inYelp ????? Why ????? Second they skip orders someonethat came after us get the order first if they fallow theorder they skip tow orders before.

Location don't stay open until 11pm on Tuesday! They leave the gate open no closed sign posted after walking in dinner room as getting to register you will get yelled at saying WE CLOSED! Very rude and unprofessional! Don't come to location @9-10pm .
