Stopped by for dinner while staying at the Gaylord Palms Resort. Perfect selection for teenagers and adults. Restaurant is stunning!

Delicious Mediterranean food! Staff was very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is beautiful! Really enjoyed their dessert variety and spices. Dinner was ~$40/person, buffet style.

Best breakfast buffet I think I ever had. Everything was so fresh!! Well worth the money!!

Went for Mother’s Day brunch. Was forced to prepay with tip included. Used valet, nobody opened the door for me only husband. Not one person said happy Mother’s Day, including ALL restaurant staff. Food SUCKED compared to other years. Was overcharged for non-alcoholic drink (listed on menu). Watched other mothers get roses, none for my table. Service SUCKED. We’ve been at least 10 times. This. Will. Be. The. Last. Time!

The mother's day brunch was beautiful and plentiful! I loved the pork especially, it had all the layers of crispy, tender, and fat combined with a great sauce. My only suggestion would be a bigger selection of fruits and vegetables. The cold veggies were a nice start. Our waitress was really attentive and even sent us off with a take home drink!

This review is in no way a reflection of the dining experience at Villa de Flora. As per previous reviews, we booked through Open Table for Mother’s Day and the restaurant was closed when we arrived. We were told that they haven’t taken reservations through Open Table for a couple of years - ONLY BOOK THROUGH THE RESTAURANT DIRECTLY!!!

Been there for Thanksgiving and Easter buffets. Both times everyone was disappointed with the dessert tables. So tired of small, tasteless cups of indescribable flavors. No pumpkin or apple pie at Thanksgiving and nothing for kids at Easter - no coconut desserts...not even carrot cake or cookies! The Thanksgiving dessert table was often empty or had 6 trays of the same thing. Come on Gaylord Palms - please get a new pastry chef!

Mediterranean place, prosciutto is stale, pork way to dry. Home made bread old. Sweets are ok. Nice location and staff. Not worth $38

Buffet Style, thought more Italian but really not ! Service was good, open seating in the Atrium part of the Hotel which is nice but very bright until night time. Wine list was not up to date as server went to wine cellar to locate our selection only to return with other options which was ok. Overall very nice if you're staying at the Gaylord or being dropped off otherwise parking not great and valet is expensive.

I asked Angel to make me his favorite at the pasta station and oh goodness he did not disappoint!! He was so nice and sweet and the food he made me came out amazing!! He really did go above and beyond to make me a great dish and made my day.
