Por casi un año y medio fui clienta de ustedes por Uber Eats y hoy que por primera vez decido visitar el establecimiento me dejaron de agradar. Un servicio al cliente pésimo tienen a personas trabajando con malas actitudes y poco amigables. La única persona que me atendió bien fue quien me hizo la orden que fue una doñita bien dulce, esa señora fue amable pero el resto mirando mal a uno y la cajera jovencita que tienen allí con cara de revólver y la pelirroja que parece un abayarde que también está en la cocina, las dos te miran tan mal que si pudieran con la misma ceja te sacan un ojo y a mi en lo personal no me agrada eso, además que si pides ketchup o pique te miran mal. La vuelta me la tiraron en la mano de mala gana y los centavos por el piso. Eso no se hace el cliente paga por un buen producto y por un buen servicio. En fin las dos mujeres que acabo de mencionar estuvieron con esa cafreria todo el rato que estuve allí, que ni disfrutarme la comida pude. El gerente debería por lo menos llamarles la atención porque eso es a mi que me pasó pero a cuantos más le ha pasado que ni lo reportan y por mi de ahora en adelante el lugar no se lo recomiendo a nadie, conmigo se cortaron las patas prefiero viajar a Martins o a la casita que me queda más lejos pero el servicio es calidad.

Hello I’m Rafael, My family ordered Chicken whole and ribs…Great service but, I received a Small Salty Dry Chicken and too much rice… the chicken was so salty my wife and son had to buy a drink… And the some of the insides of the chicken was raw to be honest I’m surprised that health inspectors missed that…The ribs was horrible they said the ribs come with 5 ribs but I received one rib cut into 5 pieces, yet again too much rice. I feel like I was paying for only the rice.
The best chicken out of Puerto Rico. The arroz con gandules... in the mother!! Great customer service. Everything clean. We need a Viktor's in Houston, Texas!!!!

En Google map dice que cierran a las 10pm y son las 8 y ya está cerrado.On Google map it says they close at 10pm and it's 8pm and it's already closed.
