Pizza is good, but the girl behind the counter is not who you want your guests interacting with when they come into your establishment. She was not only miserable to our family, she was rude to the customers in front of us. Seemed more concerned about heading to the back to talk to the other workers. Do yourself a favor, talk to her or get rid of her. Sorry if this girl reads this, but someone had to tell you!
Nothing special about it. The pizza is good, specially when it comes out of their over. Next day at home it wasn't very good. The staff is ok, they don't have uniforms so it seems just like some friends working, does not seem too organized. Definitely not the best pizza in Orlando, let alone Florida like a previous review stated, but ok.
Overall love the taste of there pizza, chocolate chip cookies and the Greek salad. Quality of pizza can fluctuate at times, have gotten it under cooked and over cooked (burnt and dry). But most of the time it is good.
Ordered over the phone 6 pizzas and garlic knots. Then, called them back minutes later to order 3 more. 9 pizzas, only 20 minutes from order to pickup. New York Style pizza with a crisp crust and a wonderful fold ever bite. Garlic knots smelled amazing but were burnt on top. Saw someone else have a sandwich charred on one end. A little burnt edges not a big deal, but an inch or two of the sandwich inedible, needs room for improvement. Will still order again.
This pizza was the worse FOOD I’ve ever eaten in my life. The pizza was horrible! No sauce, no flavor, burnt. Just gross! Waited for over an hour and the place was half empty. My son wouldn’t even eat the pizza and he eats everything..that’s how bad it is. Do not recommend !
Wow what a delicious pizza. Visiting for Epcots art festival and was hungry at the hotel later. Decided on upper crust out of all of the various pizza restaurants. It’s located on a cute little road that’s perfect for a little stroll, music playing outside, little tables outside and cute shops. Although we picked it up and brought it back it was delicious. Crust was crispy yet very soft and doughy on the inside. Sauce to cheese to toppings was the perfect ratio and the actual pizza tasted so clean and fresh, as of the ingredients were above the quality of most other places. Very good and good price.

Calzone is to die for! Pizza is in the top 5 in Florida! Not to many places have a decent pizza in Florida!
We got their buffalo chicken they're chicken was dry they're buffalo sauce was watery and to sweet it wasn't even hot and it was supposed to be the hottest one. We got a medium size buffalo pizza and that pizza was decent and we also got a medium deli pizza which was bland it wasn't cheesy but the crust was decent. We also got the pinwheels those were the best part of the meal I give the pinwheels 9/10. The customer service was great. That this is the last time I'm believing anything on TikTok again when it comes to the taste of good quality food.
New York style pizza and subs in downtown Celebration, Fl. Take out only with a few tables outside. Real deal thin crust pizza, tender crust and fresh ingredients.One of my favorites in the area. The chicken parm sub is one of the best around. Just be sure to specify breaded chicken or grilled chicken.Can’t go wrong here. I stop in every Friday night.
