Dine-in months ago was great. Recent take out was an hour wait. (Far longer than told.) Curbside involved everyone walking in to check on the order. Apologetic staff when we did get the food. They offered a slice of cake. At home we realized it was the wrong pizza. Plus the pizza dough was very heavy. It just wasn't the quality we know and like.
Service from Sugey was great - 4 of us are here and all enjoyed our meals. Will come again before we go home. Caprese sandwich was light and lovely, crusted chicken-parm was huge, fish and chips was delicious as was the lemon chicken skewers..Just about to do desert.
Went in here by accident because we walked out if Crackerbarrel as it was awful. We were seated straight away and given a carnation each and cookies as it was Mothers day. Patrick and John looked after us, i had chicken tenders and my friend pasta. Big portions of good food served by friendly staff.
We ordered to our resort on a rainy day. The food was great! My only complaint would be there seemed to be more crust than toppings on our thin crust. The Windy City was so good! The salad was awesome- the tomatoes and cucumbers were the perfect size.
Haven't been to an Uno's in a very long time and I must say that this place got it right. The food was great, the service was quick and amicable. They were extremely short handed actually only having one server and management filling in for the front and back of the house staff, but they still pulled off an excellent meal and experience.
This place more than exceeded our expectations tonight!! It was AMAZING!!! We are here from Chattanooga, Tn on vacation, and this has been the BEST food & SERVICE we’ve had in ages!! Definitely recommend!!! Rick is an A+++ server and made the best recommendations to add to our meal!! Also, don’t skip out on dessert, that cookie is SO good. ??
First time ever there, it was perfect on all points! Food was awesome, service impeccable and relaxing environment. Would DEFINITELY recommend!!!
Walked in totally frustrated after having truly dreadful experiences at both Cracker Barrel and macaroni grill. The service from the moment we step through the door was A+ ! Kind! Friendly ! Funny ! And fast ! I will recommend Uno over and over again ! 10/10 ! Every single member of the team was phenomenal and we will be back again for sure !! The food was good too !
Hostess not friendly. Server was extremely friendly, but service was pretty slow considering there was hardly anyone else there.Place didn't look clean. Bathroom was disgusting. Overpriced for what you get. Food was so-so. I personally would never go back again. Pizza crust was extremely hard and huge tomato pieces were covering the entire pizza.
Can't speak to food quality yet but I placed an Online Order, arrived at a Curbside Pick Up spot and followed the instructions that were texted to me for check in. About 5 minutes later someone from inside came out to ask if we were waiting on an order. We gave the name, they went back in and came out with 2/3 of our order. Had to go in to mention the family size salad and dressing that were missing. After another 10 minutes, got the salad and dressing. This was all while the restaurant was empty (when I went in the first time, a couple was being seated and they were the only customers in there); people showed up as we were waiting but only about 6 to 8. Hoping the food is good ??
