While the product is good the customer service is horrible. I understand entry level job opportunities for teenagers however they need to learn customer service as well as get proper training. Especially with their own coupons. Went on 6/29 was over charged for a twirl. She tried to blame it on the signage. I asked her to let her manager know the sign was wrong. She got her manager who used to work for same company I do so knows excellent guest service. He corrected it saying she over charged me. However when he wasn't present in the past teens don't know how to count cash and coins & short changed me. This time 7/7/22 at 8:23pm I had 1 of their coupons for BOGO cone. So got a large cake cone ($3.99) with 1 topping ($0.99) and then another large cake cone ($3.99) with 1 topping ($0.99). Katelyn rang it in and when I presented coupon I was only discounted ($2.19) the code on receipt said accomplishment certificate NOT bogo. I was not given a receipt at first. I had to check my bank account as she never told me the new total from $10+ and I had a funny feeling. Yep was right. Was charged $8.35 that's when I asked for a receipt. Then asked her why it's not equal. She said the toppings are extra. I said I get that however buy one get one means the whole thing and the base price of the cone is listed $3.99. Upset and frustrated when she said "well do you want a bigger discount" I replied I want you to do your job right and left. The teenagers were more distracted by a friend in front of me in the drive thru then doing their jobs.
Great Soft Serve Ice Cream, Good Service, and in/out access is great.What can you really say about this place other then it serves great soft serve ice cream for a reasonable cost. Service has been good on multiple trips. Location is tough to get to from Disney tho.
Thought it would be nice to grab some ice cream with my family but boy we went to the WRONG place. We ordered at the standby window and after waiting 40 mins and watching families who ordered after us get their ice cream, I decided to go back to the window to ask what was going on. The worker stated that 5 out of the 6 employees are working the drive thru and the other one was working the walk up window. I didn’t know that we would get punished for wanting to sit with our family and eat ice cream together. We finally got our ice cream at the 50 minute mark. So if you would like to wait almost and hour for your ice cream, this is the place to go. The management needs to re-evaluate their process and make sure that people who walk up to the window are treated just equal as someone in the drive thru.
Its always been a struggle to find a really amazing peanutbutter shake... something with these shakes just hits different... so much PB flavor but not overwhelming and a silky smooth texture. Thick and absolutely amazing. Could not be happier with my first time at twistee treat
This is certainly not my type of ice cream. It is not thick but more like a shake. You can’t taste and feel the flavors- in fact all flavors taste the same. I expect my raspberry ice cream has real raspberries inside but I do not think they use real ingredients, just artificial flavors. This was disappointing for our party. No one liked it.
Quick service so much choice but decided on a peanut butter sundae.
Visited on my recent vacation must have been my English accent because they got the order totally wrong. Thought the place was closed when we got there because all the serving windows were shut. A lady outside told us to just stand there and someone will see you. She was right but a tad confusing.Ice cteam sundae was good but I asked for chopped nuts and got nothing.Ahh well better luck if I ever visit again.
I love this place. Ice cream is soooo delicious. I will be back and I will bring and tell more people how good twistee treats ice cream and sundaes are soooo delicious
