We are from cold Idaho. Orlando was so hot and humid. We asked around about who has the best ice cream. Everyone said Twistee Treat.We tried several of them. ?The ice cream is to die for. There is a huge selection of different items.The reason for 3 stars is the staff. I don't understand how so many people can be so angry. Florida customer service is lacking tremendously.Go for the ice cream!
Twisty treat as some of the best software around we had one down the road to my house in Orlando when I was growing up and I'm thrilled to see that they've got 1 in consuming I just wish their hours were Mr. Hours were a bit longer
So ice cream was good and so was the portions, speed of service... The walking dead. It's one person, one at a time. If you go with 4 people and you all get shakes, the first person will be done before the 4th person has received there's. With one additional staff, it might actually work.
I've got a Dairy Queen in walking distance but I'll take the few more minutes on a bicycle to get my Twistee Treat every time(rain or shine) hands down. The best Is the reese's cup twirl covered in extra peanut butter sauce.
me and my girlfriend came on memorial day after work and arrived at 9:27 with many people in front of us in line. 10 minutes later there was only two people in front of us a mother and daughter.they told us all that sorry they have to complete all there door dash orders and pack up in the next 20 mins so they wouldn't be able to see us and to try again another day and then closed all the curtains.I don't blame the employes they were just doing as they were told . but this is an example of poor management and preparation.it's understandable to close early on a Holiday (memorial day) but at least make some effort to either tell people before they've wasted there time or an effort to help those who have .
Be careful giving your credit card I used my credit card for the first time yesterday and today was charged $108 from a website I never heard of so one of the employees took a photo of my card and used it! I would never again buy from here! Be careful and use your card only when you can see them but here they close the window and use your card
We’d been out for a meal but decided not to have dessert and instead stop off at the nearest Twistee Treat on our way home (our 5yr old grandson just loves spotting the “ice cream houses”). There’s a drive in option, plenty of parking, service was quick and great prices. Ok, so the neighbourhood is a bit run down and it’s on a busy street but our Florida holidays are not complete unless we have at least one Twistee and this time we stopped at three different ones - the problem is deciding on what to have!
I'll be short in saying, the beautiful black woman who's the manager/owner turned a less than mediocre situation into a great customer service experience!! And because of this, we will remain loyal customers!! Great butterscotch milkshakes!!!
I LOVE twistee treat, but this location was awful! Costumer Service needs to improve A LOT! This is a First because Twistee Treat's customer service is usually amazing. They didn't get any of my orders correct. The girl was laughing about; I didn't know what, but it was rude. I didn't want to keep explaining my order because, at one point, I thought they were going to do something bad to my ice creams. There was a little girl who bought an ice cream cone; she dropped it as an accident. They wanted her to pay for another! Are you kidding me? A little girl? She was crying! OMG!! DON'T GO THERE! Use other locations
