Cute place to get ice cream! Some seats, friendly service, good variety of soft serve ice cream and toppings, reasonable prices. Shake was a bit liquidy, and there were no vegan options.
Service could have been better, the cashier was too busy talking with her co-worker instead of taking our order. How ironic the conversation was talking about customer reviews....lol
The ice cream tasted good but it was all already melted immediately as it was served to us and ended up being a huge mess. My twirl was soupy and I threw it away before I finished half of it. My kids were sticky from their cones dripping uncontrollably before they even got them.
I was on vacation and decided to stop and try something different.I went through drive thru and waited about 20 minutes. I was very disappointed with the strawberry slushy. It was very bitter because of the lack of syrup. I did not enjoy it. Taste your drink before leaving the premises.
A place where it takes you back when you were a child going for ice cream with your parents. Lots of flavors and combinations to choose from. And the staff are friendly and the service is fast. There’s drive through and lots of free parking. You can’t miss it from the main road.
Just went to this twistee treat and I’ve always loved going, but tonight the employees had attitudes and were very rude. I had a large order and asked for cup holders and lids for all ice creams and made sure to tell them ahead of time and they still have it to me with no lids and one by one with no cup holders so I asked again, they ignored me, I asked again then they gave me a cup holder and they gave me lids that were too big for the cups I ordered, I tried getting their attention again but the guy who was giving me my order kept being rude and closing the window right away and walking away. They were all in bad moods and had attitude like they didn’t want to work. Not going here again.
Worst ice cream experience ever. After waiting for more than 15 minutes in line, they shut the window in my face. I waited for more than 10 minutes before they reopened it. Then I waited another 15 minutes for 2 ice creams. The wait is one thing but there is no excuse for rude service.This location is at 3269 Vineland Rd. Kissimmee.
Never going to a Twistee Treat in my life ever again. Their employees are some of the most inappropriate disrespectful and immature team I have ever seen. They are unable to comprehend orders as simple as 2 large cones. Their employee “jonothan even even threw a ice cream aggressively inside my car with the intent to hit me with it. Please avoid this place at all cost.
Came to Orlando for vacation for 2 weeks, we found this place and loved it. The girls were nice with the exception of a couple of them. Went tonight and asked for a thick shake, my shake was made without milk so I politely asked for it to be made again with milk, they literally took the original one and just added milk so now I have a chocolate milk basically...what's the point if the shake isn't thick?! I even got the eye rolls from some of them...not very professional. I would have given 5 stars but tonight the girls working ruined it.
The line was very long and they completely messed up my order so I was patient with them and as they redid my order one of the employees was vaping while making the orders and began using foul language. They made the order incorrectly again and I said I would take it because as someone who works in the food I understand how stressful it can be but their behavior was completely unacceptable.
