I truly enjoy coming to this ice cream shop. They have great service, great attitudes and my order is always done in a timely manner. I recently went and got my usual order which was a pecan praline twirl . The smile maker who assisted me was Jonathan, he had great conversation and was attentive to all my needs. Would highly recommend if you haven’t already visited or tried them out.
One of the best ice cream shops I been to in the past year I went a few days ago and got a Oreo milk shake and my server Jonathan was very nice made sure it came quick even greeted me really nicely.
Twisted treat is my favorite ice cream place because of their flavor selection and they always serve quick. Jonathan Severe served me once and he was really nice.
I came to this location and the ice cream was all melted and there was a hair in my ice cream the workers very bad attitude all on their phone no one even has on uniforms it looks very unprofessional this used to be my favorite spot lots of new faces very sad to have to write this review and I know this is not how the premium Flavors are supposed to look they are usually nice and swirled this had no flavor it tasted like vanilla I’m so disappointed
Worst place ever been, went to this location and they give me the wrong order. I paid for 3 small sunday and they give me the order wrong twice, you paid for everything you will like to have on a Sunday and that is the last thing you find in the Sunday. And then you try to get your order right they closed the window on your face and they don’t care they don’t ask you if need something else or if everything is right. I bought a sugar cone ice cream they ice cream was melting is the worst customer service ever, and they don’t care about customer. Manager please give proper training to your employee customer service is a plus in this business. I know you’re short staff but at least give the customer for what they paid for. Not recommend this business at all.

Well it was a Sunday night(2/20/22) and for some reason the place was packed. I was in line a total of 1 hour to get my order. I have never waited that long that I can remember. The sad thing is that it looked like they had enough staff that it should not have taken that long to get orders to the coustomers. But what can we do its the only place to get good ice cream.
Need to change employees. I been getting amaretto ice cream for more than 5 years at this specific location. Today came with the family and like always asked for amaretto ice cream, I was told they didn’t know what it was first, then they said they don’t have it no more and it’s been gone for years. Great we went from not knowing to remembering it’s been gone for years. Told me I don’t know why am talking about. Attitude ratchet.
