Out of waffle cones. Only had cake conesAlso, didn't have any bananas for banana split. Also, any mint type ice cream. Did have the hot fudge sundae that was good and the cake cone with chocolate and vanilla swirl that was good too. Would have rated a five if they had their supplies.
Short curly hair girl saw me waiting outside for 10 min. Opened opposite window and asked if I needed something. Needs better customer service
We went on a Saturday night at 10:10 . On google it said they closed at 11:30 we got there and the sign said the same. There were nets over the windows and we could see two people inside, we knocked and they didn't respond. then one employee walked outside to get in a car, we asked if they closed and she said "yeah we closed, they've had us here since 12 and they expected us to do all that" then she preceeded to get in her car. I expect an answer from management, cause we drove 20 minutes to get here and the attitude was unnecessary
Took all 5 kids to eat ice cream as we waited at the window to be served to sit and eat ice cream with the kids. I was informed after waiting 10minutes outside and knocking on the window drive thru was the only way to place a order.
Only vanilla soft serve. Why is this one still open. Corporate needs to look into it. They are always out or do t wanna clean at end of night
THIS LOCATION IS THE WORST. Worst customer service. Charge you for extra toppings, dont give it and argue when asked about it. Won't give you a receipt. Also majority of the time the chocolate ice cream machine is down.

I’m over it already. Keep trying to see the good in this place but keep being let down. Ordered a Sundae yesterday and it was horrible. The cup was filled to the point where it was spilling on the sides and my car cup holder got the mess of it. More ice cream is not better. I knew this would happen. That’s why I specifically asked to not fill the cup with so much ice cream. Instead I got a disaster. Managed to eat the top to prevent further mess BUT then realized I paid for more fudge and I got BARELY enough to balance it out. It’s called a hot fudge sundae. Not a ice cream sundae.

My family and I were searching for a place to get ice cream from while on vacation. We came across Twistee Treat. Man, oh man this place is a hidden gem. We went several times and I tried different things (sorry no pictures). For the most part there wasn’t a line at all which was surprising since it was a hot summer day in July. We did go a few nights later right before closing and there was a small line, but the line moved pretty quickly. I honestly feel like this is the best place to get ice cream from because they have so many options to choose from and the prices are more than reasonable! You are guaranteed to like something here!
