Great service for a little poolside resort bar. Food isn't bad. Prices are a little high but not outrageous in this economy. They do include gratuity, so you are tipping on top of a minimum 18%. But, staff hustles and us worth the extra
The staff is very attentive and the hospitality is very much appreciated.
Pretty cool atmosphere, lazy river is awesome for what it is. The kid's play area is also great. They had cotton candy makers as well

Nice place with a great pool, splash pad, and lazy river. Convenient bar and ice cream shop by the pool. Water was cold but otherwise nice facility

Expensive, limited options and average to below average food. But I'd rather have it there than have to leave the property for something else.
Only lazy river was open. They closed the hot tub and pool. No reason was given. That sucked, and even connected to wifi. My 2 t-mobile phones did not work on this entire property.
Excellent customer service I would give the service a 8/10. Sadly the food was horrible the nachos were mushy, the chicken wings were the fatty wings with tons of breading on it with a drizzle of garlic parmesan sauce which was disgusting. The chicken quesadillas had a few chunks of chicken with cheese; nothing special at all. I was highly disappointed ended up throwing away all the food . You can tell everything was frozen pre-packaged items. Lastly instead of calling out your order number once tour food is ready they wait for u to come to the counter with your receipt to see if your food is done which I didn't like
