The last 2 times I have ordered from the app my order has been incorrect. Because I order through the tropical smoothie app for delivery, this location blames my incorrect order on the driver. The last order they didn't send me a smoothie that was ordered and never refunded the $7 I paid. This recent order has the wrong side and no straws for the smoothie. I can't even drink my $7 smoothie. I called and they did not offer to help.Terrible customer service

I love tropical smoothie even with prices being high . My husband went to pick up food for ourselves and our daughter and was told they stop serving food at 7 , they close at 8 he got there at 715 whats the point of staying open till 8 . Out of all the stores I've been to I've never been told this. This isn't this first bad expierence at this location. Staff if rude. Guess we all should believe the reviews of this location.

Hired by Sheron the manager for the assistant manager position but with false pretentious. With already existing management issues was unable to successful learn and train in assistant manager duties. When trying to resolve said management issues and express concerns such as child labor laws not being followed was informed that they were not important and the children should just take breaks as needed. Thankful for finding better placement.

The manager at this location is very rude. I ordered on the app for pickup and waited in the lobby for my order. After about 20 mins, I watched a bunch of people who ordered at the counter after me come and go as they called their names when their orders were ready. When I went to ask about it, she proceeded to lecture me, stating that I should have went to the counter to be updated on my order. Additionally, every time I order a side of the Kale Apple slaw from this location, you only get an amount smaller than the size of a Costco sample. Complete ripoff. I've tried bringing these issues up on your website, but no one has ever gotten back to me. We will never be back to this location.

I came here today (03/17/22) at 8am just opening because my 3 y/o niece couldn’t wait longer in the car, so I know it was too early I know the employees might not have the best mood, but come on… the girl that took my order… you can tell she didn’t want to work.. I didn’t want to bother her so I could read the menu fast, so I just asked her for the avocado cheese grill sandwich to my niece because I didn’t see the kids menu, and I told her “it’s for my niece, just take off the avocado” and she was “but it’s not for kids it’s big” and I said “that’s fine, just need a grill cheese for her, take off the avocado” and instead of offered me the kids menu she just took my order and left to seat in a table… like… what??? I literally didn’t have where to seat because they were still opening… so I saw couple seats in the back and asked her “are those the seats that go here in this table?” Hoping she help me moving the two chairs, she said “yes” and keep seating watching her phone…. So I guess I have to do it myself, took the chairs one by one (the cutiest thing is that my niece tried to help me) and we sat to wait. When other (nice) lady brought me the food.. HAS AVOCADO! I said omg the one thing I asked ??‍♀️ and she apologized and brought me another, she said the cashier girl didn’t tell her anything! The food was ok.. just the attention, like what is going on? I really hope the manager read this and see the cameras because that was absolutely ridiculous

The cashier was absolutely rude, she not only yelled at me but yelled at a costumer for asking for a pen. She let my order sit there versus handing it to me and was just all around a lousy worker. i wish she was wearing a name tag so that she could be held accountable for her actions.

This location on Osceola Parkway in the Loop is the worst location I've been too.. Worst customer service and the lady manager that I did not get her name is horrible. Always has an attitude. Been there twice while she was working and I will never go again.

The food is DELICIOUS but the service is AWFUL. They really need to figure out a better system and have employees be more diligent about getting customers’ orders completed in a timely manner. Both times I went to this location, I waited for 30+ minutes for my order. The first time they gave my smoothie away to the wrong my person. I had to wait for another one and they certainly didn’t rush to make me a new one, even though it was their mistake. Then I still was waiting a while for my mozzarella caprese sandwich. The second time I went a week later. I was given my smoothie right away but then waited and waited and waited some more for my food order. There was a customer who cancelled his order while we we waiting because he said he saw the girl in the back drop the spatula and just put it back on the counter like no big deal. We were waiting so long that I finally had to walk over to watch the people making my food to see what in the world was taking so long to make 2 sandwiches. Then my order was finally being prepared and I was given my food. Both times the employees never apologized for their mistake or the wait time. The second time, the girl behind the counter was standing around trying to look busy, then chatting with the other employees about the spatula situation loud enough that we could hear them. Very unprofessional. Just really disappointed that both times I went it was an extremely long wait and the employees seemed to have no sense of urgency, except for maybe the guy in the back making the looked busy and overwhelmed. Perhaps they have too many people working on the smoothies and only one person in food, which makes no sense because obviously it is a busy location at the loop. I have worked in food service and I am always very patient and understanding when it comes to these situations. But honestly this was just ridiculous to have to wait so long for our food order and to not even have the employees say something, anything to show they felt bad that we had to wait soooo long. Just a bad experience. I will try ordering on the app and hope that it tells you when it’s ready so I don’t have to stand there for so long feeling like I’m just a burden to the employees. Again excellent food, or I would have rated one star (don’t think I can rate 0 stars). ☹️

THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! First off I ordered my smoothie online and it said I was promised to get my smoothie by 3:20, I did not. Customer that ordered their smoothie while I was waiting for mine were getting their smoothies while I still had not gotten mine. I asked about my smoothie and they said they hadn’t made it. Eventually at 3:26 they give me my first smoothie and acted like that was the only one. Eventually they give me the second one with the lid not on properly and the smoothie spills all over me. I keep having to ask for paper towels to clean up the mess and they never give me enough. They don’t even bother helping at all. After all of this the smoothies weren’t even made correctly.

My experience is very similar to others who reviewed this place. The wait time is RIDICULOUS and the customer service is subpar. Ordered a smoothie online to pick up in store, arrived later than the estimated pick up time on the order and I still had to wait 20 minutes for my order to be ready.I can understand that staffing and supply chain issues may be to blame, but courtesy from the employees could easily make up for the wait time.
