Great RV resort!! Stayed here for 2 weeks as a part of Thousand Trails. Without the membership it is expensive, but its location makes it worth it. Walking distance to Old Town where there's a theme park, bars, restaurants & shops. Very lively on weekends & good deals during the week. Also a super short drive to any of the theme parks. Had security and a gate at the entrance, & it's very well maintained. Actually preferred the cheaper lots in the back of the resort, more privacy! Decent Verizon service, was able to work off of visible Internet. Will definitely be back.

If you want a little micro apartment this place is perfect. Our oven didn't work and we had to cook a meal at the clubhouse. Turned out that oven was ineffective as well. And if you want a dark place so you can sleep late this is not the place for you. Once the sun rises it's very bright and no way to block it. High windows with no shades bring bright light. Lots of activities pet friendly. No place is perfect but at this place was decent

We loved how conveniently located this RV park was for our week at Disney. No bad traffic jams getting into the parks (as long as we stayed off the I-4). Bath houses were very modern and super clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool party was fun for young families. This will be our first choice for our RV next time. Sites were fairly close together but there was enough space for our RV, extra car and picnic area. Mostly retired folks and families here.

We have stayed here a couple of times now, each time we have had an issue that required maintenance. One was HVAC the other was the water heater. They have a maintenance guy named Anthony that is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He resolved our issues each time we were there. The park model cottages are nice but a bit dated. The internet in the cottages works well and each time we have visited it has supported working remotely. We brought our dog with us once and they do have pet friendly accomodations.Overall it's a nice place, a bit pricey, but we'd stay there again. If you stay in the cottages, consider being some trash bags, paper towels etc if you are staying a week or so. Although, they will provide them if you call.

We love it! Sites are larger than most in FL.

Tropical palms is a wonderful place to stay! The staff have always been kind and extremely accommodating with us from booking to any last minute changes! The most important part to us is how pet friendly there resort is! Our dog is our family and they have such an enjoyable place for both him and our family! All Florida trips are planned around staying at the tropical palms!!

Great place to stay with kids. Close to Disney, Disney Springs and Old Town.Bathrooms newly remodeled. Very clean.Great laundry room. Takes card! No quarters needed.Mini golf, playground, heated pool, heated kiddie pool.We parked our camper van in the cheapest sites, which had water and electric, but no sewer. There is a dumpstation for free though onsite. Our site had grass only, no concrete, no gravel, which was good for kids to play. There was a slight incline to the back of the site (it is back in only).Other sites were mostly pull thru. There's also rental units, they're like little prefabricated houses

Beautiful and very clean rv resort, location is excellent, staff very friendly and helpful they deserve 5 star. RECOMMENDED...

If the site I rented was level and had sewer and the cable had more channels than just religious ones and the Wi-Fi was included with the over inflated price, this would be a decent place to stay….I think they forgot it was a campground not a all inclusive resort!

*****Please ensure you call to make sure that you have the proper site booked so you don’t show up there last minute and find out the site is too small and you have nowhere to go.****We booked this campsite three months ago and received a confirmation email. Yesterday we received an email that we were able to check in and what Site they were providing us. We phoned to ensure that there would be no issues coming in with a larger rig, coming around the corners etc. it’s a good thing we did As they had us in a 38 foot site and we are 43 feet long. They said they had to look for a new site and would call us back.We received an email stating we were booked (Assuming that they found us a new site). We phoned again this morning to check only to discover that they didn’t know what to do as they are fully booked. Luckily there was a cancellation at the Disney world campground and we were able to get in; however we are now paying a lot more than we wanted to.We called to have them cancel our reservation with a full refund. They agreed on the full refund however they did not offer any apologies etc. They were actually pretty nonchalant about the whole thing. This could’ve been a disaster if we couldn’t get into another campground.
