We had reservations for 4 but the restaurant said they would accommodate our last minute request for 2 addition people as long as we dined outside. Which was great but not exceptional since they do accept walk-ins. Our server was nice and did a good job checking on us. However the cooking staff on the evening of 7/31 were horribly lazy. We asked for 3 orders of dry rubbed wings for appetizers. Not one order contained dry rub! There may have been a sprinkle but not like they normally prepare the wings. We would have preferred the kitchen staff to say they were just out of seasoning if that were the case, but instead they lied and maintained the wings were seasoned. We were in a hurry and didn't have time to wait for another appetizer, although 2 of our children sent their order back only to have someone in the kitchen to dump buffalo sauce on all of the wings instead of adding dry-rub as requested !! Totally unacceptable!!! Our server apologized several times and offered to take the plates back but since we were in a rush we told her not to worry. If we actually had the time we would have just left the restaurant due to the lying and poor quality work of the kitchen staff and went somewhere else to eat! I guess since we had complained the management or our server decided to automatically charge our bill with gratuity even though there were only 6 in our party. That was also disappointing, since the server didn't address why they added gratuity to our bill upfront , we only slightly increased the gratuity from the already added amount, but it would have been significantly larger if she had been more upfront about adding the gratuity since we were only a party of 6 not 7 people. Disappointing visit!!
Our server Emily was awesome! The food was cooked well and tasted great. The wings we ordered as appetizers were actually seasoned unlike our visit on 7/31, however they did short us 2 wings and since they aren't cheap I did want to address this here. So the value you pay isn't actually equal to what you receive. We also noticed this with the size of the salad differing, not also the same portion. Overall all our meal was pleasant . Not recommending because there is no consistency!
Overall worst food in over a decade - 6 meals, all bad. Stroganoff made with pieces of hamburger; fish and chips with grouper; salad swimming in dressing; two dry chicken sandwiches; and a turkey club with tomato after notifying of a tomato allergy. This place is bad. Do yourself a favor and go to Subway.
We are on vacation and have truly enjoyed our two dining experiences at Traditions. Amazing food and services.
We shared plates. Highly recommend the pretzel bites, shrimp and polenta, and buffalo chicken tenders. Very attentive wait staff, delicious food delivered quickly and hot!
I just left Tradition Restaurant it was awful!! When we walk in the place was empty. That was first clue! We was party of 6 and ask the waiter to split the check 3 way and he said he couldn't it would take awhile. And there was less than 12 people in restaurants. My sister was going to pay in cash. And they told her they don't take cash. She had to pay by card. Food was awful! Waiter did not bring us silverware or napkins. He bring out the food. But we had to ask for silverware. He sit down a pitcher of water on our table cause he didn't want to keep coming by to serve us. The Reunion Resort is a beautiful place but to have a restaurants like that in Resort is awful! Save your money and eat somewhere else! You well be disappointed!!!
