Food was lackluster for what they claimed. Seasoning was extremely neutral, and didn't even provide salt, pepper, hot sauce on the table to "save" it.Apps came out 1 minute before entrees leaving little to no time to enjoy them.Ordered the skirt steak medium rare and it was came essentially seared raw. Chicken entree was literally swimming in sauce that practically tasteless.Recommend you just take the walk and hit a chain place down the street.

8 of us stop in while on vacation for something close to our hotel. We should have checked the reviews first since lots of similar reviews. Server was okay, he was working hard and polite. Food was flavorless. Everything someone ordered had no salt, pepper, seasoning, spices, or taste or any kind. Stale tasteless chips, bad French fries, watery tasteless salsa, chicken, pork, ground beef all had absolutely no taste. Not sure how everything good have been so boring and flavorless.

Ready to throw up The food here is awful. so was the team that all were sitting at the same table as if they were all on break together. Never again.

Our server Ricardo was excellent. Food was very good will definitely be back next time we are in town

This place is really just a 2/5 but I’m doing one to level out the 5 stars cause this place is the most bland food ever. This food was not “cooked” it was prepped meaning it was just pulled out of a box and heated and served there was no flavoring in any of the real food. The best part was the chips which is normally the last thing you think about.Like they even added this special salt to the chips they might as well add that to everything else to at least make it taste like something is hitting my tongue.

Food and drinks were bland, not authentic, and left an unpleasant after taste. Enchiladas looked ok, but after tasting them, it tasted like the sauce, beans and rice came from a Can and they just microwaved it. The fries were barely cooked, the tacos were thrown together with pico and cheese and even that couldn’t give it any flavor. The water was disgusting, I really think it was the ice. The server was polite. The place was empty, which should have been a sign of what was expected. Worst food ever.

We visited this restaurant March 2022 and exceeded our expectations. Chips were good and staff had no problem getting us extra. Overall food portion and flavor was good. Chef accommodated our food allergy restrictions. Rice was blend but we didn’t care much. The restaurant has a better curb appeal that what it looks inside.

We drove in on Saturday and right after we checked into our resort we were in a rush to get some dinner. We tried one location and the wait was unknown so they asked for our number and said they would text us when they had a table...it was an hour later. But luckily we didn't wait to hear back from them. Even though there was a sign to expect delays at Tortilla Rica, when my family of 6 walked in we didn't feel like they were short staffed or anything. Our waitress was super nice and the food was delicious. We were so glad we stopped in

Staff moved the line along quickly. My son had the chicken fajitas and it was a good size meal that he thoroughly enjoyed. My husband ordered the pork carnitas, but it didn't come with the rice and beans that was listed on the menu. The carnitas were good, and I gave him my sides from the crispy chicken tacos. Our server was very sweet and attentive. The problem occured when the new credit card system went down and we had to get money from the ATM. Up until that point it was very good.

Just OK; my wife enjoyed her fish tacos but my carne asada tacos were only passable. Unfortunately we ended up here as kind of a last resort.
