Worst Tijuana Flats I have been to. Chicken was dry.Food was cold. What little chips we got were stale. All four of our meals sucked. I'm glad I don't live near this one as the one closest to me is great. I suggest eating somewhere else.
I was pleasantly surprised. I loved the food I ordered, and even ate the rest of my wife's meal. Love the idea of having multiple hot sauces to choose from. If I ever come back to this area I'll definitely go back.
Amazing food will go back again
As true with this chain, the food is great! I will choose to order from them again just not from this store. We chose this location for the first time and the service was slow and impersonal. We did a mobile order. When we walked into the store no one was greeting the mobile order customers. We were just standing around staring at an empty counter. Finally, I caught someone's eye in the back and they said it was being prepared. Meanwhile another customer had been waiting for a catering order that was supposed to be ready 20 min. prior. They said they didn't know the customer had arrived to pick up their order... If it is scheduled, a good manager looks for the customer to arrive. Their order was ready, and they made many trips to the car with no help from the staff to get it in the car.Yet still we waited. I could see our order was prepared and sitting on the counter in the back. Staff disappeared again and no one was able to bag up our order. The cashier had been taking orders from walk-ins the whole time we were there. I asked her and she bagged it up, slowly. Her fingernail length seemed to be a problem in the bagging process. If you are going to come to this store, don't mobile order. Just walk-in and order. It appears that they received more attention from the cashier than anyone else in the store, and ALL of those orders were fulfilled before we were even recognized.
Comfort food; Chicken Flautas & chicken nachos, tortilla soup! Gold Agave Margaritas! And so many flavors of hot sauce! Great place for a quick bite.
The food is normally a solid staple, but they commonly do not read the ticket very closely when filling a takeout order.I order my burrito ? wet with queso... no quesoI order a cheese quesadilla with NO onions... they make one with cheese and onions only...They always seem to wait until you arrive to make your order, so you will wait for it if you are early, on time, or late... never ready when you arrive for pick up.

Amazing food. But even more amazing staff. So friendly and they go above and beyond to make sure your meal is enjoyable. Destiny was amazing. You can tell how passionate she is about her job. Will be back to this location very soon.
I always have a great time eating at this location. The staff is always incredibly accommodating and make sure that they give you service with a smile. When we arrived we ordered for our family of five and when the food came my ten-year-old son was disappointed because he thought my wife heard him say he wanted a chicken quesadilla versus a burrito. Evidently the young lady at the front counter heard him and even brought one to the table to trade him for the burrito. I explained that she didn't have to do that and she said no problem. That simple act of kindness helped renew a little bit of my faith in customer service and solidified me going to this location each time we're in Orlando. The food was good like normal and I can't wait to visit again.
