Did not follow instructions! Asked for season fries and got burned, uneatable onion rings instead. Also asked for BBQ sauce and Alfreda sauce on the side and received none.
The food was great. My wife had the Philly Cheese Steak egg rolls and I had the philly cheese burger. The egg rolls were very good. My burger was great. I had a salad so the burger got to melt the cheese. Nice and juicy. Most definitely worth it. The reason for the three stars was our server. After the food was delivered she disappeared. Only to show up with the check. We waited for her to take the payment. Then wait for her to bring a togo box and take care of our other parties. We finally asked another server where ours was. She was at shift change and it seemed she did not want to finish our service.
Stop to lunch. My wife pasta chicken and I have Philly Burger. Even know my wife ordered it. She said it two didn't went well together. Mine was a was juicy but little salty and I dealt with it. Had to finish with fork and knife to eat it. I made the bun soggy. I'll pick something else next time I come and see how it is.
Great dinner to be had here with loved ones. The food arrived at a speedy pace and the staff were pleasant and friendly, providing you with anything you needed. Only giving it a 4 Star review because the steak my significant other ordered was comically small, but the fries more than made up for it.
I am not a huge fan of chain restaurants, so maybe since my expectations were low it soared in my mind! The server, Danny was exceptional. Informative, helpful and funny. We started with the fried green beans and wasabi dip-not greasy at all. I had the beyond burger (plant based), and my son had some type of whiskey glazed burger. Both done to perfection (not under or overcooked). French fries crispy. We would go back.

Still one of my favorites. The food in this restuarant chain seldomly disappoints. I'm please to say that this particular restuarant stayed true to the reputation. Accompanied by a very attentive server that earned an above average tip as a result. The Friday's app is also a great way to get some wonderful perks.
We paid a visit tonight, we had amazing service. In fact the best service we have had in our 17 days here in Orlando. Our server was very attentive to our young boys, including them in conversations and interacted with them. Other servers during our time here in Florida haven’t paid much attention to the children, but this guy knew that if the kids are happy, we are happy! I’m so upset that I didn’t get his name. There was a slight wait for my ribs and the chef came out to personally apologies-this is the personal touch you appreciate when some things go wrong with a dining experience. As a Manager of a Restaurant in the UK I applaud the team at this franchise. Absolutely try here, the Whiskey Glazed chicken strips are a must! Awesome work guys 5* all round!
