Attempted to order in app. It wouldn't allow me to do that. Pulled up to drive thru, credit card machine not working...cash only. Asked for the 5 dollar box which I'd available in app...was told they no longer have that option would have to order box that is over 7 dollars. Frustrating to say the least!
This location has truly gone downhill. When they had that one manager (older black in in his 50s) he had them together! Now it's just teenagers and a manager that doesn't care. The food is often served cold and wrong!! Shells never hold up, they are always mushy and cracked (even if you eat them right away). I think they pre make the tacos. It'll be a long time before I go back to this location, if I ever do!
Typical Taco Bell ok fast food. Ordered online in app drinks where not ready when I got there and no sauce packets in bag.
Corporate needs to come check out this Taco Bell. Something’s up with that place and their employees. Employee not professional at all cursing in front of customers outside. Tried to dine in during the daytime. As they see you walk up to the door to go inside,There was some lady in regular clothes (don’t think she even worked there) holding the door closed from the inside not letting people in, saying go through the drive through and who knows what for. Something is going on there. They need to check what kind of people they got working there. Ended up just leaving. Didn’t want to go through their drive through after that. Won’t go there again.
I'm always hearing horrible things about this restaurant until it actually happened to me. They stole my money out of my account after i accidently did my online order at the wrong store. I even cancelled my order immediately after the mistake. You don't pay til you get your food. So how can they authorize a charge to my card over food i never received!!! Definitely reporting this company to BBB. Thieves!!!!! No stars wouldn't recommend.
Sent my daughter to purchase four $5 craving boxes. Employee told her they only carry the deluxe boxes for$6.99. She agreed. Open the boxes and she was given exactly the same thing in a $5 box, some boxes even missing items. I went online, just to show they do still carry and sell the $5 boxes, as I can order it from the same store online, for $5. Basically I got charged more for less.
Drive thru was fantastic. They helped me complete my very first online order. Great Team working tonight! 4/19/22.
This location does a great job with customized orders. I don't eat cheese and whenever I order from here, they usually get it right!
taco bell and many other restaurants already know how to steal from doordash and scam the consumers, they or the deliver drivers.1- there is always missing part of the food or something (mainly drinks!)2- but there is more now some drivers arrive at the door of the house, they say they delivery our food, but it is a lie, they do not leave anything and when you ask, they send you to complain to doordash, boom scammers.this need to stop we have kids we have kids waiting for food!!
Just left this Tacobell for lunch. Ordered my husband and I 2 of the Deluxe Box meals, and got hardly any fillings (meat, lettuce, sourcream, etc). This isn't the only time this has happened. Everytime I go there it's that way. The service is good. The workers in the drive through are nice. However, I work hard for my money to purchase extremely skimpy fillings in my order. My chalupa bread was super soft (and that's not how it supposed to be). I really wanted to go back, but I didn't want to drive way back there. I feel like I just gave them my money (robbed). Because, I couldn't even eat the other 3 out of 4 items in the Deluxe Box. I'm so disappointed ?
