Drive through need I say more wrong items missing items food poured out in bag not wrapped properly had to take it into the store to get it done correct then the act like I placed the wrong order I told the Man 3 Soft Taco Supremes I don't know how you understand that to be anything other than three Soft Taco Supremes received one burrito one hard taco
taco bell and many other restaurants already know how to steal from doordash and scam the consumers, they or the deliver drivers.1- there is always missing part of the food or something (mainly drinks!)2- but there is more now some drivers arrive at the door of the house, they say they delivery our food, but it is a lie, they do not leave anything and whan you ask they tell you to complain to doordash, boom scammers.this need to stop we have kids we have kids waiting for food!!
I get there at around 8:10 to pick up a mobile order. They tell me that they are not open and that it would take around 15-20 mins if I want something with eggs or sausage. EGGS! I was going there for breakfast, of course I want something with eggs as all their breakfast options have it. I understand running a bit behind, but you open at 7am. And hour and 10 minutes is unacceptable in my opinion.

TL;DR: Received outstanding service at a tier that even a hidalgo would appreciate.As a frequent fast food consumer, I hold no illusions of being treated as a sheikh at such establishments, but today was different. After placing a dine in order & waiting for a few minutes, Suzie came out and asked me if I wanted a drink.After politely declining (I am watching my calories), she turns around and like seasoned commander, instructs her colleagues to hurry as, "he (referring to me) has been waiting for a while, and such an occurance is unacceptable". Luckily, I was sitting down, as I would have otherwise been on the floor in awe of such an exemplary display. I soon received my food along with an apology for the wait (very nice).Upon finishing my delectable feast, I stood up to throw away my garbage and place the tray in the proper shelf. During that action, Gavin walked up to me and offered to take both the tray and the garbage. At this point I am blushing, agreeing to the tray, but not the garbage.Overall, a fantastic experience. All names mentioned in this review are accurate (not absolutely certain about spelling).
Quality is not the same as it used to be. Had to throw my burrito Supreme away!
Whoever made our food thank you it was so good. Hot and fresh. Drivethru guy was in a good mood and handled everything perfect.
I'm a vegetarian and they gave me a taco with beef when I told them many times no beef
Nothing in my order was close to correct. Black Bean Crunch Wrap Supremes that didn’t have Black Beans and were far from Supreme. My son wanted the variety pack of tacos, 4 hard tacos and 4 soft tacos all of them with beef on them. What did they give us? 4 tacos without meat and 4 bean burritos and that was what was passed off as the 8 pack of tacos that I paid for.
I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme, 5 layer bean burrito and a spicy potatoes bowl thing and instead I got a onion infested burrito which stained my mouth with the taste of onions and was FILLED with them, i asked no tomatoes on my Crunchwrap supreme BUT I GOT TOMATOES.>:( also the Crunchwrap was SAD and FLAT what happened to good quality food??? lastly I ordered a Baja blast and got a cup and filled it by myself and it tasted gross. Disappointed. DO BETTER!!!
