I have been to a lot of Taco Bell restaurants. This one has been the worst. The service was VERY slow. The store wasn't busy at all. The staff was just not working. I saw three employees just standing in the grill area doing nothing. The drink station has about 50 sugar ants running around. There had to be more but those were the ones I could see. I have worked in fast food before and I know at times it is a challenge. The speed and cleanliness of this store is unacceptable.
Do not go inside to eat as the employees will laugh and harass you. A guy employee which I was not able to catch his name was extremely high and was going around to everyone asking how their day was but being really crazy calling people boss man and his eyes were glazed over and then I was the only one that answered him so he came over and asked me where I worked and was bribing me to take a survey by giving me a free coffee of course he never made a coffee and was laughing while doing everything but making a coffee I was gullible for a little bit andI should have seen the red flags before telling him where I work etc, I decided to sit there for a little bit but he never came back he hid in the back of the taco bell laughing his head off with the other employees. He really should be fired he made me feel really uncomfortable as I was eating by myself.
Ordered through DoorDash and almost all items were incorrect and many items missing, including all drinks. Called the store and they rudelysaid it had to be resolved with DoorDash. So I placed a second order, and I once again did not receive the drink, but hey at least I had a straw this time. The dasher informed me he asked the restaurant about a drink and they told him no. I rechecked the receipt and I did in fact order a drink. The worst Taco Bell I have ever interacted with
Horrible. The staff simply doesn't care, the food is prepared slowly and terribly, and there's a disgusting beverage station that hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Avoid.Not to mention electrical wiring being in water in the beverage station, essentially setting up a potential electrocution.
One of my favorite Taco Bell locations. I use the app so we get lots of free stuff and it lets you save time and hack the menu so you get just what you want.

We had a car of 3 people in our car, each of us had a mobile order. They informed us they would only allow us to claim 2 of our orders at one time and that if we wanted our third order, we would need to drive around and get back into the 25 min. line we'd just finished sitting through. As someone who used to work fast food, that's unacceptable. We shouldn't have to wait in line for nearly an hour just to get all of the food we'd already paid for...
The guys in the drive thru was so great. He really helped me out and was such a sweetheart. I didn't get to see his name tag but he definitely made this taco bell experience something I would remember for a very long time?
Nobody taking orders and the kiosks didn't work had to repeat our order 3 times. When I told a worker the problem he looked at me like he was retarded and didn't say a word. Don't bother coming here, worst taco bell I've ever been to.
Ordered a crunch wrap Supreme. Inside was tasty but was basically a flat burrito. Had no crunch at all which is not good for someone WHO does NOT like tortilla wraps. Hence I order a CRUNCH wrap. Also, as usual, requested sauce but didn't get it. I know I won't be ordering from this tacobell again.
