This restaurant says its open and the drive up has been closed both nights we tried to go within their hours posted on their listing and on the drive up!
Got my order wrong and the woman was rude. Got a burrito instead of a chicken soft taco off the dollar menu. The woman didn’t even give us a receipt and she decided to cut off my mom and I when we spoke. It’s sad because usually I don’t have problems at this location.
Ana the cashier is horrible she didn’t listen to us at all and repeatedly kept cutting us off we explained our order to her 3 times and she still didn’t get it right she charged me $11 extra on something i didn't order and was rushing the whole time if they are not trained and don’t want to take the time to listen to an order maybe they shouldn’t be working the window horrible experience
This is my first and last time coming here. The dude in the drive thru named Jacob seemed annoyed that I was there ordering food. Then I got my double steak grilled cheese burrito and it was 90% rice. I have gotten this item several times at different locations and they have turned out great. Then I come here and I get what would basically be the equivalent of a dollars with a value when I paid almost $6 for my burrito. Terrible service combined with terrible food. So this place will never see my business ever again no matter how hungry I am.

They didn't have anything from what I ordered and did not gave me a warning at the intercom we had to find out once we already paid. We asked where is the stuff that was missing they told us "yeah that's why we gave you cookies" at that point we had already paid and basically had no choice
HORRIBLE!!! Not the poor guys in the front fault was super sweet and helped me the best he could but the people in the back need hella work!!!! My taco had no meat! The second time they fixed it and didn’t even make it a supreme like I asked!! And when I asked my refund I spend 15 I got 2$ back a quarter and two pennies
Taste just how it looks.. So fresh and delicious could not ask for a better way to make my day today. Thank you to the staff who made my nachos it was amazing
Total of 2 customers inside. My order took 22 mins to be ready. Went home to feed my family just to find out they didn't bag my mashed potatoes gravy
Put my Trust in the people making the bag... Paid $25.55 for two meals which belong to my parents and 2 Quesalupas for myself... Never got the two Quesalupas which were $8.98 by themselves!.. Should never trust the Bag... So Dang Hungry...
