Came here for ice cream. Their freezers seem to be at a temperature which makes the ice cream too soft (ie: it melts much faster as well and it’s softer than soft serve ice cream).
The ice cream was good but the experience was not. Even though we went in during working store hours, the attendant had all of the chairs on the table. She complained about previous customers. Really unprofessional. It also needs a good scrubbing and a face lift.
Place never has chocolate ice cream I asked for a milkshake and the attendant said she couldnt make it because they were closing in 1/2 hr.. i think in such a hige place like old town youre service should be better. And the sad part is that this is every week every day i work close to the parlor… so its sad that i have to tell people dont go there they dont have nothing
Didn't have most of the flavors. Lady was real rude and my kids got med shakes and I got a large and it was the same side as my kids. 3 shakes and a cone $36
Went in tonight for a couple of ice creams but, man, did the server behind the counter not want to be there. No hello, no willingness to explain the flavors of the buckets that had hard to read faded signs on the glass, no thank you for coming. Man, I credit this young lady with providing the worst customer service ive seen in a long time: I felt sorry for the young family that was behind us.
Came here about 3 years ago and forgot to leave my review . the m&m ice cream was good and the car seats for children are cool to look at.
Good Services, it reminds me of the old ice cream stores, with high benches and open spaces.
Selection was limited, but scooped to order. Not busy so there was no wait. Ice Cream was good but definitely priced a little high.
Other than the ice cream not being that great, the lady with the long black hair was being highly unprofessional and yelled at an employee with short brown hair for leaving a crumb on the table. It was highly unprofessional to 1.) yell at an employee in front of a customer and 2.) that’s something that should’ve been handled privately and calmly or not even make a big deal about it because it’s a small crumb. I really hope this person is not a manager there because that was handled incredibly wrong and they should be fired for the way she treated that employee.
Just okay. Their woman’s bathroom toilet has no seat attached (it was on the ground next to the toilet) so it cannot be used but there is no out of order sign and the lady did not say anything either time we went in there. They advertise items they state they don’t have, their chocolate chips are old as they are very discolored, which caused my son to have zero desire to eat his ice cream. If you don’t pay with cash they charge an additional 3.95% on top of your total (and ask for a tip on the machine) The seats and tables are sticky, and despite nobody staying in the building after getting their order, the girl working in the store chose to sit down and charge her phone instead of cleaning the seats and tables (there is still a pandemic, isn’t there?) They provide drinks with paper straws so my straw was disintegrated in my milkshake before I could finish it, although the Oreo milk shake was tasty, I was surprised that I didn’t even receive a lid for it so my whip cream was falling off and out of the cup. The ice cream itself is ok, but I wouldn’t recommend my friends or family come here and we won’t come back.
