Attitude is terrible. Literally walked in and walked out. If I wanted attitude on the side of my sub I would go to Publix
This is the worse SUBWAY in all of the Orlando Kissimmee Poinciana area. I get subs for my whole family every week, 4 subs a week. With out fail In the last 10 weeks I’ve been there they have only had the rotisserie chicken for the chicken bacon ranch TWICE, in 10 visits I’ve only gotten my sandwich 2 times. When they don’t have the meat that goes on it they charge you more for the sandwich because they need to add bacon $1.50 per sandwich. If it’s not the meat it’s the bread either no Italian herbs and cheese or white at 4-6 pm? Why? Whose lack of planning is this? Also they rarely have cookies made when I go.I’ve spoken to the regional supervisor ROSIE almost every time I leave the store and her last words of advice to me were to just go to another subway im not going to be happy going to this store.Well if I’ve called you 8-9 times to give you complaints and suggestions and you tell me to go somewhere else it’s because you don’t care to fix the issue.The employees there rarely are in a good mood and seem annoyed that customers complain when something is wrong.Again this subway is extremely bad! If I could give it 0 stars I would.
Extremely Bad Service . The girls in that store seem to never want to work . Everytime me and my husband head to this store for a simple 6 inch sandwich it’s always something . Either they don’t have what we need ever or the girls always have an attitude . I recommend going to the subway in Kissimmee they’re always with a positive attitude and they always have the stuff you want .It’s like this store has no management and if they do it’s needs to be under NEW managementMy server was Kimberly and Me and my husband were highly disappointed with the body language and attitude she had . Seek some more and professional employees this place is a dump

At 9:44 pm I went to your store located in Poinciana to buy and they notified me upon entering that they were not taking any more orders when the closing time is at 10:00 pm which it said on the same page as yours and apart from That's why the open sign was on. Very bad service
Worst customer service ever. Can't even call to talk to a manger no one picks up phone workers eating in back room don't care for customers or to take orders just tell you system is done been eating there for 5 years I'm done
This girl was not in a good mood. When my husband asked her to change his bread (because the one she was going to serve him was falling apart), she completely changed her attitude and reluctantly began to serve us. She smashed my sandwich and my husband's sandwich was topped with souce.Horrible customer service, I don't even know how she keeps working, if she's not even going to do it right, that's what they're paying her for.
Worst customer service ever. There was no one in the store, when I open the door there are three people behind the counter and not even one acknowledge the fact that someone has just entered and then on top of that I waited about 5 to 10 minutes still no acknowledgment. They just stood there in the back and worked on the orders that were done online. No one said “they’ll be right with me” we just stood there while they were making other people order so I just left. The fact that no one acknowledge is the issue. I don’t mind waiting because I do see that they had other pre-orders but at least let me know that you’ll be with me. Terrible customer Service
They changed the meat on the sub without saying anything. Not very professional!
Called many times to see if I could modify my doordash order (just wanted it toasted, online doesn’t give that option). No one ever answered. I’m assuming they were busy which is fine but my 2 star rating is for the poor managing skills of whoever is creating the schedules. You are clearly understaffed!
