If I could give this restaurant a negative star I would. I ordered this sandwich at 8:30pm. It was a simple sandwich to make. At 9pm it was supposed to be ready. Instead the app continued to update pushing back the time. For over an hour you continued to push back my order. I called the store several times to which no one could even bother to answer the phone. Then you cancel my order. This is absolutely terrible.

I eat here often they have great tasting food. Five stars and the workers are always trying to make your experience better.

Henry is the man great attitude and always smiling even when I walked in with alot of people he was waiting on treated each person the same I don't care about the food the customer service was extremely excellent I will go again....thanks Henry

They ran out of water this one time as if there was a drought or something. The sandwich bread here is kinda flatish. This chain of restaurant normally has nice bread but this places bread is kinda flat. Idk why but it just is

My order was canceled after 30 minutes of it saying it was already prepared on the app. Never got any explanation and when I tried to call, phone was on do not disturb. Reordered and got a call that they were out of what I wanted. Tried to call back and cancel bit once again, phone on do not disturb. Order was never delivered but says it was and my card was charged. Can't even get ahold of anyone because phone always just hangs up. Would give zero stars if I could.

Subway is great, just not this one. SLOW! and still being mask Nazis. I'm not a bank robber or a superhero so I didn't have a mask, he refused to take my to go order. Fine took my business elsewhere. Oh the Subway right up the street on hwy 27 no mask required Good bless America.

Worst Subway. They never have the bread for the subs. 3 times we have got meals there and everytime we have had to change the bread. Staff takes an attitude stating they can't do anything more about it. Amazing years ago they would bake bread. Definitely going to find another Subway to get food from.

They refused to let me dine here on Sunday, April 25 at 2:30 pm because of my service animal, I was carrying my very tiny service animal and according to the very uneducated, uninformed employee he had to be leached and have a vest. 1st place that’s incorrect and not required by the ADA rules and 2nd place the animal is so tiny that it was in carrier which the only tule is that it’s under control by handler. Regardless to me that is discrimination and offensive that I was denied service because of my disability. Needless to say I will go to upper management with this!
