Got my order wrong and the woman up front was rude.
Went to the one in West Palm. Have gone here for years with no complaints.
Pretty greedy owner. I bought two subs but, they do not even have a cup for water. The server text the owner or manager and he/she said they that they can not give cup for water anymore. Ask me if I will spend my money there again. A simple cup for water will cost the owner way more money because the just lost 3 customers that used to buy from them at least twice a week. Not everybody knows how to run a business… just saying! By the way the bread was not fresh. It was so hard that I could play baseball with it.
Great tasting sub. Employees were both friendly.

Today I went to this store for a sandwich, the lady who attended me was quite rude, it is as if the quotients stinked her or they were going to ask them for the minimum free food. My daughter I'm sorry for having gone to that place and I will never return to this store. I do not recommend it. We all must take care of our jobs and thank God for having one if they are not happy about their work, let them leave it
Picked up my order thats falling apart. My wrap was suppose to come with double meat and cheese and it doesn't have cheese at all and has a single serving of meat. Disappointed.
Great staff, Great restaurant, everything was fresh and very tasty all new ingredients have been introduced and Me personally belive it is for the better.
We have ordered here several times, but the past few times have not been the best experience however this last one I was extremely disappointed and uncomfortable. We ordered mobile order on Saturday the 19th, and pick up time was for 5:20pm, we arrived shortly after that time and the order had not even been started so my husband waited while he helped others and then made our order that was already paid for. We got home and sat down to eat and realized one of the orders was incorrect, missing half of the toppings ordered and was also drowning in mayo when regular mayo was ordered. The other sandwich was correct but was also drowning in mayo and was soupy and soggy, the 3rd sandwich had cold bacon when it was one of the hot sandwiches. I drove back to have the order corrected and since he was helping 2 others I waited off to the side by the front but was not acknowledged at all. He looked up at me twice and kept looking away until he finally walked over and just stood in front of me starring at me but not speaking. It was very awkward. I let him know we picked up the mobile order but it was not made correctly. Again he just starred at me and didn't speak. I told him I needed the order redone because it was not correct, he still just kept looking at me like he was annoyed and didnt know why I was there, walked away back to the other people he was with and just said "I'll have someone". I got behind the two he was helping and waited but he never got anyone or said anything to anyone. When he was finished with the other people he walked over to me but again didn't speak and just looked. I gave him my receipt and told him it was the top order. He took the receipt and started to remake the sandwich. When he was finishing I noticed he was still not putting all the toppings so I told him he was forgetting, he just said "yep!" I had requested vinegar but didn't see him put any so I asked if he put the vinegar and again just got "yep!". He wrapped up the sandwich and handed it to me again without speaking to me and walked away, so I took the sandwich and left. No apology was given, no acknowledgement, nothing at all. I was made to feel like I had done something wrong. This was the most awkward and uncomfortable experience, and it was clear he was annoyed, and treated me like I had no right to go back to have my order that I paid for made as requested! I got home and the order was still not fully correct as some items were requested to have been extra and that was not given. This is a waste of time, money, and gas to have to go back and forth after picking up an order, and I probably wont go back to this location for some time. I'll go back to ordering subs from Publix.
I love how one of your workers not sure her name but always does everything very fast and very very polite love her vibe very positive and I give it to her she's super fast making them sandwiches
